00:00 Hello, I'm with Wayne Duffy at the number 29 Cafe Wine Bar on Redbank Road, Bisbane.
00:06 It used to be Bobby's Bar, it's now, it was an ice cream parlor, now it's a cafe wine bar.
00:14 So what made you decide to open here Wayne?
00:17 Well, Redbank Road's got a really good reputation, it's got a good position.
00:23 In my experience, breweries have always said there's three things that count, position, position, position.
00:29 We've got that, with a really good portfolio around us of really strong, good places.
00:36 Bisbane Kitchens, Terra Nostra, Madison's, Cask Wine Bar, and my Cassa, Sue Cassa, little tapas bar down the road.
00:46 And I just think I could add to the portfolio of this road.
00:50 And we do light lunches and light snacks and offer nice wines and champagnes, and that's why I took it, really.
00:58 And when you say position, position, location, it's south-facing isn't it?
01:03 So if people want to sit out here on this terrace, it's sunny and it's bright, there's plenty of seats.
01:10 So that's a big advantage isn't it, for having a place like this, when you can do that.
01:13 And I guess that you're not very far from the seafront there, so people can have a walk on the beach, near the trams.
01:20 And I guess inside, you've got this nice, stylish setting inside, if it's cool or if it's raining you can come indoors.
01:28 So that's also a key factor as well isn't it?
01:32 Yeah, I think we've got a special outside area, the inside looks really nice now.
01:41 It's not the biggest place in the world but the outside is.
01:44 I hope we have a good summer and everybody will benefit from coming in, seeing us, and obviously we'll get a bigger footfall.
01:54 The better Redbank Road has better businesses, the busier it will get.
01:59 Excellent, okay. Thanks mate.
