A Lego-obsessed mum who has collected the bricks for 33 years makes incredible life-sized houses for her dogs out of them.
Lauretta Quincey, 40, got her first box of Lego when she was seven years old.
She loved it and collecting became her passion - even after growing up and having children of her own.
Now, the mum-of-three, has amassed several hundred thousand bits of Lego which she stores in cabinets around her home.
And her favourite hobby is building life-sized dog houses for her dogs - each one bigger and more elaborate than the last.
They take around three weeks to build - with Lauretta working on them for three to four hours a day - and over 10 hours to break down again afterwards.
Lauretta, a survey assistant, from from Unity, Saskatchewan, Canada, said: "I always wanted to build things my kids could go into.
"But then I started making them for my first dog, Ozzy, and he loved it.
"I don't use my dining room so I took out the table and that has now become my 'Lego room'.
"I keep the houses up a couple of weeks before I break them down - because I start planning the next one.
"I could just sit and build puzzles, but this, I just like it so much more."
Lauretta loved Lego growing up and would get it for birthdays every year to add to her collection.
She kept the boxes of bricks in her home over the years, adding to it over time.
Her passion for Lego was renewed when she had children of her own - now 15, 19 and 22 - and eventually claimed their Lego for her collection after they all grew out of it.
She reckons her collection is now "several hundred thousand" pieces strong.
She said: "If someone asks me exactly how many I have, I ask 'are you volunteering to count?'."
Lauretta's favourite hobby is making spectacular life-sized dog houses for her pets.
She has made at least 10 over the years - each one an upgrade of the next - and dedicates up to four hours a day on a project.
And once she has finished one, she only keeps it up a couple of weeks before she's itching to break it down again.
Lauretta said: "I get antsy - it's actually hard to even finish one.
"Because I start planning the next one and I'm excited to start again."
She first made them for Ozzy, then when he passed away she made them for her new dog, Bailey.
The biggest house she has made was 6ft 1in tall and 5ft 8in wide - big enough for her to stand up and lie down in.
The dogs have always loved them and Lauretta said she finds it "relaxing" to build them, too.
She added: "The collection is still growing - I get one or two more boxes every Christmas.
"I have no idea what it would be worth."
