00:00Hello, I'm Joseph Minervich and we have been here in the Manda Centre today talking to people about National Barbecue Week
00:06between the 3rd and the 9th of June. It's a celebration of everything to do with char-grilled food.
00:11We're talking about burgers and chicken and hot dogs and ribs and anything else that you might like to cook on there.
00:17We've been out here speaking to people, asking them what they think.
00:19A couple of people said they're not actually that fond of barbecued food. They think they don't like the texture of it or anything like that.
00:24Other people have said they really love it. They say it brings people together.
00:28They love the meat, they love everything around that and it's just generally a nice thing to have.
00:33I like a barbecue myself. I'm a person who likes a bit of chicken breast, a bit of marinade and some barbecue sauce.
00:39Whatever you like, enjoy the week, get yourself out there and enjoy a good barbecue.
