00:00 Hello there, Craig Thomas from Martin Thomas Butchers, the head of National Barbecue Week.
00:06 If you're looking for anything to put on your barbecue or any event that you have in taking place this week,
00:12 here are just some of the products that we're doing for the week,
00:16 including plain sausages, flavoured sausage, pork ribs, we're doing our mini back ribs,
00:23 we're doing the Boston butts for the pork, for people who want to do the smoked pork and barbecue products,
00:30 coated chicken thighs, we've got our steaks for anybody who wants to put their steaks on the top of the barbecue,
00:37 lamb chops, pork chops, the sunui ribs, which are the ones where you've got the Chinese ribs underneath with less meat on them,
00:47 but ideal again for the barbecue, mince should you want to make your own burgers, even though it's slightly leaner or slightly fatter,
00:55 depending on what you've got, and we've got coated wings of all sorts of flavours,
01:00 one of our special ones this year is coconut and lemongrass, which is allergy free.
01:06 Most of our products are gluten free and allergy free, there's only one or two where we believe the flavours are better
01:15 to keep the original traditional recipes, have we not changed over.
