17:17 to arrest those who cross their borders in the sea starting June 15.

17:37 The Chinese Foreign Ministry replied that the Philippines should not be concerned as long as there is no illegal activity.

17:44 It said that it is not China but the Philippines that is causing the tension.

17:49 China is open to dialogue but they should be sincere.
