00:00 It's our normal house stout chancery, which is an imperial stout.
00:06 Pretty much goes into the canning machine.
00:08 This thing is only small but does all the amazing work.
00:12 So it purges out all the atmosphere with CO2, fills, seams, rinses and spits it out onto the accumulation table and you're off to labelling.
00:24 So this is it filling, you see a nice pillow form on top of the can, which is an oxygen rotating arm, puts a lid on, pumps some CO2 out of the lid and you're set.
00:46 So today we're going pretty slow, just cruising at 8.5 cans per minute. We've done nearly 500 cans today and this machine in total has done over 24,000.
