00:11 Good day everyone, I'm Earl Ferlales. I'm the co-founder and CEO of Kubo Modular,
00:16 and I'm here to give you a walkthrough, house tour of our first generation Sarangani model.
00:21 So, let's go inside!
00:23 [Music]
00:35 The first thing you'll see in our room is the kitchen.
00:39 So, we provided here a spacious kitchen for the family.
00:43 So, we have matte black fixtures, a space for the ref.
00:48 If you want a washing machine, we can replace one of your base shelves with a washing machine.
00:55 And of course, we have lots of storage.
00:57 Given how we stock food, we need a lot of storage here above the kitchen.
01:04 Of course, under the kitchen as well. So, all of these are cabinets, even under the kitchen.
01:09 This one, you can also swap it for cabinets, upgraded cabinets, if you want more closed storage.
01:17 [Music]
01:19 After the kitchen, we have the bathroom.
01:21 So, here in our bathroom, you'll see that it's a Japanese-style floor.
01:26 So, this is a big drain.
01:28 We have a three-function shower, matte black as well.
01:32 We have a one-piece flushing toilet, and then a pedestal basin.
01:37 So, even inside here in the comfort room, you have additional storage under the basin.
01:46 Under the sink, you can have one.
01:48 And above it, you have a toilet.
01:51 So, you won't run out of storage space for toiletries or any personal stuff that you want inside your bathroom.
01:59 [Music]
02:01 So, here we've come to the center of the room.
02:04 This is an eight-seater dining table, all made from engineered bamboo.
02:09 So, this is of course, accented by our rattan light made in Bicol.
02:15 So, either for all our products in Cubo, either we make it out of engineered bamboo,
02:21 or we support local producers of Filipino products.
02:25 So, even here in our dining table, we know how important storage is.
02:30 So, we've incorporated storage as well within the table.
02:34 So, for spoons, fork, plate, or any small items that you want to store, we have four drawers here on two sides.
02:43 [Music]
02:46 After eating, of course, we take a nap.
02:49 So, we have a big daybed here.
02:51 This is a single-size daybed with Solijia accents, and perfect for your afternoon naps.
02:58 You could also fit this with a mattress if you want a softer, restful afternoon.
03:04 [Music]
03:07 For our dining table, we have a three-seater dining bench.
03:13 Of course, again, with a tiny home, you want all the storage you can get.
03:18 So, underneath this bench, you have more storage for personal items, toys,
03:29 or whatever you need to store that you don't usually go out.
03:35 [Music]
03:38 Then here, we have access to the back of the house.
03:42 So, this is an additional access for if you have a baby.
03:47 [Music]
03:49 This is a two-bedroom, two-loft house.
03:52 So, you've come to the first bedroom.
03:54 So, this first bedroom is designed for the kids.
03:57 We have a bunk bed here, all made from engineered bamboo as well.
04:02 Then, of course, Solijia accents.
04:05 And then, of course, kids' stuff.
04:07 It's a bit messy.
04:10 So, you want all the storage also for your toys.
04:15 And we have it here as well.
04:17 So, you can put toys, clothes.
04:21 Then, we have two of that here under the bed.
04:26 So, you'll notice that we put focus on storage,
04:30 especially if you're looking at a tiny house.
04:32 And, of course, ventilation is also key.
04:34 So, we have access to an air conditioning here inside this bedroom.
04:39 So, this is our second bedroom for the parents.
04:42 So, this is a queen-sized bed, all with Solijia accents as well.
04:47 And, of course, more storage.
04:49 We can't miss that.
04:51 So, we put a lot of focus on that.
04:54 One thing that you'll notice that I didn't mention earlier is
04:58 once you enter this cubo, you'll immediately smell the bamboo.
05:04 That's something that you won't get from other types of modular housing.
05:08 And you'll know that your house is really natural and sustainable once you enter.
05:13 And it's the same for all rooms.
05:15 Wherever you are, even if you're in the main bedroom or you're just outside,
05:19 you'll know that you're living in a house made of bamboo.
05:23 [Music]
05:28 This is our stairs to the first loft.
05:31 But, we've also used this for additional storage.
05:35 So, we have a wardrobe here for the clothes that need to be hanged.
05:41 We have another drawer there.
05:43 More cabinets here.
05:45 So, we take advantage of all the opportunities for storage.
05:50 We take advantage of it. Even our steps, chests, all of that.
05:55 We use everything available to be storage areas.
06:01 Before you go up, you'll see, of course, a shoe rack.
06:04 You can store shoes and flip flops.
06:08 And one thing that we pride about here in cubo is our electrical.
06:14 The top cause of electrical fires in the Philippines is faulty electrical wiring.
06:19 We make sure that it won't happen in your house.
06:22 And we do that by investing in top state-of-the-art electrical systems.
06:28 So, we have a breaker for each of your alliances and convenience outlets.
06:33 And all the outlets inside your house are GFCI rated.
06:38 Meaning, it won't get electrified even if it gets wet.
06:42 Because we know that it's a risk to children
06:46 if something gets wet or the toilet gets clogged or whatever.
06:49 So, we make sure that doesn't happen.
06:51 It's something that you can only find here in cubo.
06:54 So, here in this first loft, you'll find at least two beds.
07:00 You have at least two single beds here.
07:02 If you have two more children or if you have visitors, you can stay here.
07:09 This is a very tall loft.
07:12 So, while you can't completely stand here, this is more than enough sitting space
07:17 if you just want a comfortable sleep.
07:20 At the other side of the house, you'll also find another loft
07:27 that can fit a single bed or double bed.
07:31 You're not short in beds here inside of cubo, even if it's a 29 square meter tiny house.
07:37 Including the two lofts and the deck outside, totals about 63.5 square meters.
07:44 This is true for both our first generation models
07:47 and our available now in the second generation models.
07:52 So, if you're a family or a starting couple or a group of friends,
07:58 perfect, the Serangani Suite is for you.
08:01 And we do have it available through our website and we'll talk about it later.
08:07 So, for all the cubo houses that we deliver, we provide a 50-year structural warranty.
08:13 So, if something goes wrong with the structural integrity of your house,
08:17 we'll either repair it or replace it.
08:19 So, that's our commitment to all our cubo homeowners.
08:22 Cubo will always be there with you along the way.
08:25 One thing that you'll see immediately here inside a cubo is ventilation
08:33 and lots of natural light.
08:36 So, we do that through lots of louver windows that's available all around the house.
08:41 Even inside the bathroom, you'll find a large louver window here.
08:45 So, you'll see the cubo and you know immediately that you're living in a natural home.
08:53 Cubo is the only tiny house, modular tiny house in the Philippines
08:58 that's completely made from engineered bamboo.
09:00 And that's our commitment to sustainability.
09:03 We know that if we don't make our houses with a sustainable material, it's going to go downhill.
09:11 We invest in sustainability and we make sure that all the houses we deliver
09:16 are beautiful and comfortable to live in and will last for decades.
09:20 One thing unique also about a cubo is we use polycarbonates in all our windows.
09:28 So, polycarbonate is a very sturdy material.
09:31 It's impact-proof, so it won't break.
09:34 And all our windows are automatically locking.
09:38 So, we invest in security, we invest in safety.
09:42 So, if there's a storm, no window will break.
09:45 So, that's the advantage of polycarbonate uber glass.
09:48 If you're looking to get a Sarangani model, you can get it for as low as Php 8,266 per month.
09:56 You're getting a complete house with electrical, with plumbing, with furniture,
10:02 with everything you need to start living in it right away.
10:06 So, if we deliver that, we assemble it on your land, after assembly, you can live in it.
10:12 So, you're almost renting it.
10:14 So, why not start investing in your own home rather than renting outside?
10:22 So, if you're looking to visit this Sarangani model, you can go here in Camaya Coast.
10:29 We're here in Maribeles, Bataan now.
10:31 It's just three hours by drive and two hours by ferry.
10:36 So, you can just reserve to visit this model at camayacoast.com.
