00:00 - Yeah, I think that this team, you know,
00:04 is a great opportunity after the tournament
00:06 to sit and talk about resumes and what they look like
00:09 and, you know, how the committee considers teams.
00:12 And I think we did a lot of things really well.
00:16 You know, had a great non-conference,
00:18 had an opportunity to go on the road
00:19 and play a top 25 team, you know.
00:22 We had some great tier one wins,
00:25 a strong net, a strong strength of schedule.
00:29 So, you know, did things that put us in a position
00:32 of a conversation to be a bubble team.
00:34 We also had some losses that I think were tough losses.
00:38 And, you know, one of the things I think a young team
00:41 will often learn is how important the consistency is
00:44 that we want to play up to our capability
00:46 night in and night out.
00:48 And, you know, you don't want it to come down
00:51 to one game to decide.
00:53 And it didn't, it came down to a body of work
00:56 in games that, you know, we potentially could have
01:01 played a little bit better,
01:03 executed a little bit better in.
01:05 And that's on all of us to be better in those moments.
01:07 So, I think in retrospect and in looking back,
01:11 I think, you know, like I said,
01:13 it's up to us to make sure it doesn't come down to a game.
01:17 You're, like, third year, but for the second straight year
01:21 to, like, have a team right there,
01:23 are you proud of kind of where you got them
01:25 or a point of frustration that, yeah, we're there,
01:29 but we're not there yet?
01:31 Really proud of this team.
01:33 You know, we were a team that finished in the final four
01:36 of the NIT last year and then graduated six players.
01:39 And so, normally, that's a pretty good springboard,
01:42 you know, if everyone's returning,
01:44 but we didn't have, you know, everyone returning.
01:47 We added a good bit of youth.
01:48 And so, for us to be back in this position
01:51 and to have even played at moments in this past season
01:54 at an even higher level with the consistency
01:57 to play against and beat the top-tier teams,
02:00 I think that we've shown improvement.
02:02 Again, I think the most important thing that you learn
02:06 is the consistency of that level of play
02:09 and how to, you know, be a team that's focused
02:13 on their daily disciplines in the process
02:14 so that we can, you know,
02:16 compete at that level consistently.
02:18 But really proud of the growth that we've had this season
02:21 and the way we continue to learn and practice
02:24 play together.
