00:31 At a time of the highest cost of living crisis on record and public sector workers, we have
00:39 not been able to secure a fair pay rise.
00:42 We're not asking for anything more than everyone else has got.
00:45 Alongside that, our employers are taking very punitive action against us for taking industrial
00:52 action which is entirely unacceptable in terms of the fair work agenda.
00:56 So we've come here to try and get people who are in the Scottish Government to make sure
01:03 that our voices are heard.
