How to request the Facebook permissions for a Chatbot app

This video explains how to create a screencast to request approval for permissions pages_manage_metadata and pages_messaging.
Scopes:
pages_messaging - is used to reply the received messages from the Facebook Webhook.
pages_manage_metadata - is used to connect a Facebook Page to the Facebook Webhook and receive notifications for new messages.
The approval process for these permissions is difficult. You have to follow my previous two videos.
The Facebook account used to test the chat should be added as administrator.
The first request will be rejected. Facebook testers will use different words to test the chatbot. You have to create quick replies for these words because the testers will use same words again and each reply should be different.
