UFCC file criminal, admin cases vs MWSS officials

Members of the United Filipino Consumers and Commuters (UFCC) troop to the Office of the Ombudsman in Quezon City on Friday, May 31, to file criminal and administrative cases against incumbent officials of the Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System (MWSS) for their alleged connection with the controversial P12 billion construction of Kaliwa Dam.
