00:09 Way back 2018, meron kaming dalawang Airbnb which is yung Kyle's Cottage at Close Cottage.
00:25 Actually, pangalan yun ng mga anak namin. And then dun na kami nagkaroon ng idea na magparent through Airbnb.
00:32 Tapos, naging successful siya with the help na rin nung sister-in-law ko na siya yung nagmamanage.
00:39 And then from there, naisip namin na magkaroon ng mas i-upgrade pa namin yung business.
00:46 So, pumasok ko dun yung Casa Claudia Private Resort.
00:49 Parang blessing talaga siya na lago siyang fully booked and then wala na silang makuhang date.
00:56 Naisip namin why not extend natin yung business. Kasi ito, kung makikita nyo ito dati, vacant lot lang to.
01:03 At in, parang garden lang siya. Parang yung mga naging stay sa Airbnb, meron silang fresh air dito.
01:08 So, pinaayos namin ito dati na magandang garden.
01:11 And then, nun nga nagboom na yung Casa Claudia, minsan may nagpapabukong ng mga 10 packs lang, 15 packs lang.
01:18 So, sabi ko sa asawa ko, bakit hindi na kaya natin palagyan siya ng maliit na pool?
01:23 Tapos, ayun, from there, yung asawa ko nakaisip na siya ng mga magandang ideas.
01:28 Hanggang sa nag-come out kami dito sa idea na to na parang barang inspired din siya,
01:33 pero hindi siya ganun kalaki, pero at least very relaxing pa din, calming pa din.

02:08 And then, it started there, and then it last like five years na magkakilala kami as boyfriend and girlfriend.
02:15 And then, 2005, we decided to get married, at blessed kami ng two kids, isang boy and isang girl.

02:27 Fast forward to that, 2012, nung nagkaroon ng opportunity yung asawa ko na napunta siya sa Australia.
02:35 Sobrang wala sa idea talaga namin na mang-ibang basa yung asawa ko, kasi maganda naman na yung work niya dito as linesman sa Miralco.
02:43 Pero habang numalaki pala yung mga anak mo, basa maraming needs.
02:47 So, hindi din para sapat yung trabaho lang niya dito.
02:51 So, kailangan pa niya nga magkumpuni ng mga computer.
02:55 Ako, naging plain housewife na lang ako, kasi kailangan kong baltayan yung mga anak mo.

03:02 Hanggang sa, ayun na nga, numalaki na yung mga bata.
03:06 Tapos, 2015, dun na kami nag-decide na dun na kami nagkaroon ng chance na magkaroon ng bahay.
03:13 So, yun, 2015, '16, yun yung struggle kasi nawala ng trabaho yung husband ko.
03:20 Sobrang very tight yung budget.
03:22 So, 2018, nagkaroon na ng konting ipon hanggang sa nakabalik na kami dito sa Pilipinas.
03:28 After six years, yun yung unang uwi namin as family dito sa Pilipinas.

03:38 So, ang Amandari Private Resort is located at Santa Rita, Giginto, Bulacan.
03:43 Tapos, itong area na 'to, Bali, 250 square meter 'to, na sa kabutihan palat,

04:27 "Ay, nasan pa tayo? Nasa Bali na ba tayo?" Yung something ganun ba?
04:31 Yung gusto namin ma-feel nung uupa sa apartment namin o sa Airbnb namin.
04:36 Dito po sa Amandari, meron po tayong kumpletong amenities sa loob, yung mga appliances.
04:48 Meron din po tayong toilet and bath sa loob, and then isang shower sa labas.
04:56 Outdoor and indoor kitchen.
04:58 Meron po tayong outdoor and indoor video game para sa mga mahihiling magvideo game.
05:05 And meron po tayong dalawang sofa bed and one double deck.
05:09 At syempre, ang ating magandang pool.
05:13 At ang ating hammock na katulad po sa Casa Claudia.
05:25 Outdoor experience talaga yung may enjoy nyo. As in, may enjoy nyo talaga.
05:29 Pag pupunta ka dito, parang ibaba mo lang yung gamit mo sa room, and then dito na talaga kayo sa labas magpo-focus.
05:34 Kasi nandito talaga lahat yung magaganda. As in, dito talaga mafe-feel nyo na nasa ibang lugar kayo.
05:40 Dito talaga mafe-feel nyo na ibang vibes talaga dito.
05:43 From the city, tapos pupunta ka dito, parang kakaiba talaga yung mararamdaban mo.
05:47 Especially, pagdarinig mo na yung mga halaman, yung mga pulo.
05:51 So parang very calming talaga. Especially yung ating pa-shower, yung pa-fall effect nga.
05:57 Parang alam mo yung narilaks ka talaga. Parang nasa spa.
06:00 Especially paggabi, mas masaya yung pakiramdam dito kasi kakaiba talaga yung pakiramdam.
06:05 Malagang pag nakita mo na yung mga lights, sobrang mag-enjoy talaga kayo.
06:10 And then, dito lang kayo ng mga friends mo. Enjoy lang talaga siya.
06:19 Siguro yung may advice ko lang sa mga overseas na tulad namin,
06:24 huwag kayong matakot na mag-invest. Basta alam nyo yung passion nyo, kung ano yung hiling nyo talaga.
06:30 And then, syempre, kailangan meron din kayong supporting system tulad ng family nyo na talaga
06:36 isusuportahan lang yung gusto nyo. At syempre, huwag din mawawala yung prayers.
06:41 Kasi yan talaga, kung ano yung pangailangan mo, ipag-pray mo lang talaga,
06:45 ipoprovide talaga nyo. Base experience namin, ganun talaga yung nangyari.
06:49 So, maniwala ka lang at mangarap ka lang. Yun lang talaga yung ma-advice namin.
