00:03 Listen, much like we see in the men's or women's NCAA basketball tournament,
00:08 not a field of 68, but the field of 64,
00:11 which starts as it did this past weekend with the regional round.
00:15 There are the top 16 national seeds that host the regional at their home ballpark,
00:21 where within each regional, teams are seated one through four.
00:26 Of course, the one seed is the team that is one of the top in the 16 nationally,
00:30 that is hosting the regional.
00:32 And then two through four, either at large bids that were on the bubble or
00:36 those lesser conference champions that make things up.
00:40 For instance, we saw some chaos already.
00:42 Arkansas, the number five national seed in Fayetteville, bounced.
00:47 They're not even going to get to the Super Regional.
00:50 Arizona, who was hosting in Tucson, eliminated before even the regional final.
00:56 But it is double elimination in each regional,
01:00 meaning if you wanna knock off a team, you might have to do so twice.
01:05 There are some teams that can sweep a regional and
01:07 advance already to the Super Regional round, which is this upcoming weekend.
01:13 That's just a best of three series at the Super Regional site.
01:17 The higher national seed gets to host that.
01:20 DRS, five spots remain in the Super Regional round, and
01:24 we have four game sevens today.
01:27 Virtually what that means, it's winner take all.
01:31 Both teams have a single loss, and
01:33 both teams are one win away from a berth in the Super Regional.
01:40 I will make a small caveat.
01:41 You see Irvine and Oregon State up in the Corvallis Regional,
01:45 where the Beavers are hosting.
01:47 The Anteaters right now have to finish their game.
01:50 That could force a winner take all game seven.
01:53 The Beavs up six to four at the moment in the bottom of the fourth.
01:56 The Anteaters, the home team, remaining there.
01:59 UC Irvine would have to come back and win that game to force a winner take all game
02:03 seven against Oregon State later today.
