00:21 the water level in the water treatment plant in Zamboanga City is still decreasing.

00:29 Zamboanga City has experienced a rainstorm in the past few days.

00:33 It is a reminder that El Nino is almost over, according to the forecast.

00:38 But despite that, the water level in the water treatment plant in Barangay Pasunanca

00:44 that supplies water to 60 barangays in the East Coast Area and Central Business District of Lungsun

00:50 is still low. As of 3 p.m. Monday, the water level is at 73.94.

00:55 This is low compared to the 74.20 normal water level in the water treatment plant.

01:01 According to Zamboanga City Water District, water rationing in the city is still being carried out.

01:08 Although the water level in the production has increased,

01:11 I can't show you the water rationing schedule because it's not yet normal.

01:18 It's not yet normalized for how many days the water level is high.

01:22 Some residents are already worried about the lack of water.

01:26 It's been two days.

01:29 It's raining, there's no water.

01:32 The Pasunanca watershed, where the water treatment plant is located,

01:36 is not affected by the rain.

01:38 Even though the water level is still low,

01:41 according to Zamboanga City,

01:43 the rain in Lungsun is expected to give solutions to their water problem in June.

01:52 As of 6 a.m. earlier, the water level in the water treatment plant is at 74.04 meters.

01:58 But it's still low compared to the normal water level of 74.20 meters according to ZCWD.

02:04 It's possible that it will go down if it doesn't rain in the next few days here in Zamboanga City.
