Derek Adams relishes the challenge of managing Morecambe

Derek Adams has revealed that he likes a challenge following his return to The Shrimps this week.

00:26 and I think that's one of the areas and not only that, JJ McArden was brilliant for me last year,

00:33 came in from Watford, played in the non-league and scored numerous amounts of goals.

00:40 So these are the areas where I enjoy seeing my help with the coaching staff etc and developing players for the team.
