00:00 I'm John Armstrong from Toowoomba MPE out here at Farmfest on the Honda MPE site here.
00:07 There's been a few bikes going, there's a lot of power equipment going off the stand as well,
00:12 so things are moving along really well. Our ag bike range as usual out here has been going really
00:18 good, but it's been amazing the number of competition bikes that we've been selling as well.
00:23 My name's Kieran Dorsey, I work for Queensland Bike and 4WD Polaris in Toowoomba here,
00:26 and the equipment we're selling are Polaris off-road vehicles.
00:30 Yeah, awesome, and how have your sales this year compared to last year?
00:33 Ah, been a little bit quieter this year. I think the numbers have been a little bit quieter all
00:37 around this year, just with everything being a little bit more expensive, but overall we are
00:42 still moving units here at Polaris, so it's been good still.
00:45 Anthony Ugard from the class harvester centre out in Dalby. We've had a pretty good Farmfest
00:50 this year, been quite a few people come through the gates again. We've had, yeah, had a couple
00:56 of combine sales in the first couple of days, which was a good start. Done some fertiliser
01:01 spreaders and quite a few tractor enquiries to follow up on as well, so it's been good.
01:07 Yeah, great, and how have your sales this year compared to previous years?
01:10 Yeah, probably back a little bit on the last couple of years. The government depreciation
01:17 and incentives has probably scaled back a little bit there, but numbers have still been good and
01:22 had a pretty good financial year thus far, and Farmfest has really topped that off for us.
01:27 John Cullen, Dalby Rural Supplies, and I sit on the CIA stand and sell cattle crushers.
01:33 Yeah, awesome, and how have your sales this year compared to previous years?
01:37 Back quite a bit this year. I think mainly due to the impact of beef a couple of weeks ago.
01:43 Normally we sell anywhere 15 to 20 crushers here on site each year over three days, and
01:50 I think we will end up with about seven or eight this year, so it is back significantly.
