00:13 But the former hardcore Tartrop, Chris Chu, and his co-host, Shira Diaz, are also fond of adventures that have a heart for nature.

01:30 But for extreme adventures like canyoneering in Kawasan Falls, Cebu,

01:53 At first, when you look at it, of course, you get nervous.

01:58 I went for it and yeah, it's fun.

02:00 And after that, you can go on swings and then just let go and land on a river that is so clear

02:06 and really light blue water like I've never seen before.

02:09 And you realize, we've never had this before.

02:13 On their anniversary, Clarice, in 2022, the two flew to Malaparaisong El Nido in Palawan.

02:20 Well, you can see dugongs there.

02:22 You can snorkel there or you can see big fish tanks like that, school of fish, thriving marine life.

02:30 The TV host also witnessed something here that he only saw in his documentaries.

02:39 And she was laying eggs, digging and laying eggs.

02:43 There's a weird feeling, watch like, wow, this is amazing.

02:46 We realized that there's so many underpromoted and appreciated destinations here in our country.
