00:00On the day of freedom, freedom is also given to more than 100 individuals from the Philippines.

00:06Their story of freedom is in the words of Oscar Oida.

00:13After 21 years in the Philippines,

00:16his freedom has already walked 82 years.

00:21His name is Lolo Goryo, not his real name.

00:24It's hard here inside.

00:32He's happy, especially when he sees his relatives.

00:36But he also feels it early in the morning.

00:40I'm thankful that I can see my children.

00:42I haven't seen them for a long time.

00:47When I went out, I was blind. My wife died.

00:50He and 125 other Filipinos were freed from the Philippines.

00:55The day of freedom has a new meaning.

00:58Some were given conditional pardon, probation, parole, or the sentence was over.

01:05But others were acquitted.

01:09On the day of freedom, we were given freedom.

01:16We are thankful that we can go home to our families.

01:24But it's not only every June 12,

01:26but it's also a part of the whole year of prosecution

01:29so that the prisons can be expanded.

01:31Especially for those in prison, they should be free for a long time.
