For a generation of supernatural TV fans, Sarah Michelle Gellar’s Buffy the Vampire Slayer was a symbol of girl power in a male-dominated landscape of badass leading characters. Twenty years after putting away Buffy’s Mr. Pointy, the actress returns to television to take on another supernatural creature for Wolf Pack alongside a cast of newcomer actors who got to work alongside the star and producer.
When CinemaBlend spoke to the Wolf Pack cast, they shared their positive experiences working with the former teen idol.

00:07I was wondering if you guys absorbed any valuable advice from her that you're taking away with
00:11you.
00:12I feel like we're always absorbing stuff from her when she's on set.
00:15Her energy is just so good.
00:17Yeah, whenever she's around, I feel like it's a it's a better day on set.
00:20She's always super positive.
00:21Yeah, she keeps us like going on set like she'll keep the energy up and she'll just
00:26she'll really keep us going on set.
00:28So much.
00:29I mean, not only the proper etiquette to present yourself on set, but also just how to carry
00:37yourself as a person.
00:39She is someone who like everyone views as an icon and she never let it get to her head.
00:44She has a family outside of this.
00:47And yet she still comes back to do it for the fans.
00:51And she does it for the art as well.
00:54She taught us so much, just even outside of like, you know, acting tips and stuff like
00:59that, just just how to carry ourselves as a person and just how to like really like
01:05treat people around you if you want to if we want to continue to do what we love.
01:10And she's so good, like she's so good when she's acting.
01:13It's it's not only the fact that we had a like second mother on set with us, like teaching
01:18us, you know, all the things Tyler just touched on, but she watching her perform is it's just
01:25so cool for us.
01:27We just are so grateful that we're even presented with this opportunity to watch her in this
01:32space and then to also act beside her and with her.
01:36And that makes us feel, you know, so so rewarded and just very grateful.
