00:00My friend from Ukraine
00:04Thank you so much
00:05Mr. President Biden, dear president, dear
00:10journalists, dear Ukrainians, dear Americans and
00:14Thank you so much. Thanks Italy and Georgia
00:17for the invitation
00:20Dear friends, today is a truly
00:23historic day and we have signed the strongest agreement within
00:28Ukraine and
00:31US since our
00:33independence and
00:36This is an agreement on security and thus on the protection of human life
00:43This is an agreement on cooperation and thus on how our
00:48Nations will become stronger. This is an agreement on steps to guarantee
00:54Sustainable peace and therefore it benefits everyone in the world
00:59Because the Russian war against Ukraine is a real real global threat. I
01:05Thank you very much. Mr. President for your
01:09leadership
01:10which is reflected in particular in this agreement and
01:15in your years of
01:18Support for Ukraine. I think our teams both teams
01:23Thanks very much for making sure that the details of the agreement are really good
01:28And of course, I want to thank every
01:32every Ukrainian soldier
01:34All our people whose courage made this level of alliance between Ukraine and the United States
01:41Possible and I am proud of our people and what Ukraine can do and I'm very
01:48grateful to all Americans to everyone in America who strengthens American leadership, so
01:57Under the points of the agreement fourth the agreement contains a very detailed legally binding
02:04part and this means that credibility of America's support for our
02:11Ukrainian independence
02:13secondly security commitments from the United States are based among other things on their sustainability of security and
02:21defense support not only for them duration of this war, but also
02:27Also for the period of peace
02:29After the war and we will definitely ensure peace
02:34Third it clearly
02:36States that America supports Ukraine's efforts to win this war
02:41Force the agreement has good provisions on weapons for our defense. Where is specifically on the
02:50Patriot systems were specifically on the supply of
02:54fighter squadrons to Ukraine, that's right plural
02:59squadrons including but not limited to
03:02F-16s we have worked for a long time for these
03:06The agreement is also very specific about the supply of the necessary
03:10weapons joint production and strengthening of the defense industries of our countries through our
03:19Corporation and this is something that will not only provide security
03:23but also new good jobs for Ukrainians and
03:28Americans the agreement also outlines what is needed in terms of
03:34Intelligence information
03:36the agreement contains key aspects of
03:40protecting the lives of our
03:42people
03:43Fifth it is very important that the agreement also addresses the issue of Russia's just
03:50Responsibility for this war and its attempts to destroy Ukrainians
03:55America supports both fear
03:58Compensation for the damage caused by Russian strikes and working out ways to ensure that frozen
04:04Russian assets are used to protect and
04:08rebuild Ukraine
04:10The agreement also includes sanctions and expert controls
04:15That will make Russia fail
04:17the pain for what it is doing again the freedom of peoples and
04:24two more
04:25Things I am grateful that the
04:28philosophy of our security agreement is in fact the philosophy of the Alliance and
04:35That is why the issue of NATO is covered through the text of the agreement
04:41it states that America supports Ukraine's future future membership in NATO and
04:48Recognizes that our security agreement is a breach to Ukraine's member membership in NATO
04:55It is very important for all Ukrainians and for all Europeans to know that there will be no
05:02Security deficit in Europe which tempts the aggressor to war and makes the future uncertain
05:10Now we are clearly
05:13Defining everything we will cooperate
05:16cooperate for the sake of victory make peace guarantees effective and
05:20Provide the necessary security for our people and thank you
05:25Mr. President for your leadership in the g7's decision on
05:3150 billion loan for Ukraine. It's vital step forward in
05:36providing sustainable support for Ukraine in winning this war Russian
05:43Immobilize
05:44assets should be used for
05:48Defending lives of Ukrainians from Russian terror and for repaying the damage
05:53Aggressor cause to Ukraine. It's fair and absolutely right. Mr. President. Thank you your team
06:00I would also like to thank the United States Congress for their support both parties both
06:06Chambers, thank you. And thanks to every American heart
06:11That does not betray freedom and supports us
06:15Slava Ukraine
