00:28delays, passenger numbers climbed to a record 62 million. Also appearing on the list were
00:34TUI with delay times averaging at 28 minutes and 24 seconds and British Airwaves with 21
00:39minutes and 36 seconds. Which the consumer group pointed out customers are paying record
00:44fees for unreliable services which they dubbed outrageous. The Board of Airline Representatives
00:49in the UK is a body which speaks for UK-based carriers. Their chief executive Dale Keller
00:54said 2023 was an extremely challenging year, particularly over the summer. But what about
