Guo Hua Ping ang posible umanong pangalan ni suspended Mayor Alice Guo, base sa ilang dokumentong nakalap ni Sen. Win Gatchalian. Ang alkalde, posible raw noong 2003 lang dumating ng Pilipinas! Itinanggi naman 'yan ng kampo ni Guo.

00:00Guo Huaping is the possible name of suspended Mayor Alice Guo based on several documents found by Senator Wynne Gatchalian.

00:09The mayor said that it was possible that the Philippines came in 2003.

00:14She claimed that it was the camp of Guo.

00:22Who is Alice Guo?

00:24I am a Filipino and moreover, I am not a spy.

00:27I grew up on a farm. I grew up here in the Philippines.

00:31Van Mayor Alice Guo repeatedly denied who she is asking.

00:35But Senator Sherwin Gatchalian is now asking if she is not Alice Guo.

00:38Guo Huaping came to the Philippines on January 12, 2003 when she was only 13 years old.

00:45She is a child based on a document given by the Board of Investments that came from the application of the Guo family for a Special Investor's Resident Visa.

00:52Gatchalian said that August 31, 1990 is her birthday.

00:56Under the Special Investor's Resident Visa, the name of Guo Huaping's mother is Lin Wenyi.

01:03Gatchalian said earlier that she is Lin Wenyi, the possible mother of Mayor Guo.

01:09The lawyer of Mayor Guo, Atty. Stephen David, claimed that Mayor Guo has a connection with Guo Huaping.

01:15There are many names like this.

01:17If they have strong evidence that they are one and the same,

01:23they should present it in a proper forum for us to answer.

01:26Categorically, we are saying that she has nothing to do with Guo Huaping.

01:31In a letter to the Executive Secretary and Chairman of the Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission or PAOC,

01:37she denied money laundering and the drying up of Pogo, the land of Baufu, where she became a part owner.

01:43She has no basis of allegation, for example, of divesting or stealing from the company.

01:49That's why she has no basis of allegation in any discussion about the company.

01:52Because the interest in Baufu was transferred through the deed of assignment before the 2022 election,

01:58she has no direct participation or financial interest in the company when the allegations happened.

02:03She did not run away to protect the personal interest in the business.

02:06She also lacks the elements to say that she is involved in human trafficking, kidnapping, or money laundering.

02:13Guo denied the presumption of innocence until there is no concrete evidence to prove her innocence.

02:18She denied that the mayor is a protector, an accomplice, or an accomplice in the crimes she is involved in.

02:24It is not possible for a mayor to be involved in such activities when there is no concrete evidence.

02:29She has no direct involvement in the daily operations of the gaming operators.

02:34Guo was taken to the hospital a few days after PAOC announced that they will file a criminal complaint against Guo.
