00:00Four young siblings were found after they were left and locked by their mother inside the house in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu.

00:28According to the barangay, a neighbor reported to them last night that the children were not with their parents inside their house in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu.

00:37The Women and Children Protection Desk said they were the only siblings.

00:41The eldest is six years old.

00:43We can't go down the stairs, we can't trespass without the permission of the authorities.

00:50The only way to go down the stairs is through the CSWD.

00:56The children were brought to the barangay hall where they were fed and put to sleep.

01:01The 29-year-old mother explained that when she found out the truth, she left the house to look for money to cover their daily needs.

01:10She was left by her live-in partner who is the father of four children.

01:14She also left food and water for the children.

01:17She warned the children of the fear of misfortune when they go out.

01:22She admitted that she did wrong.

01:24No matter how hard it is, she has no plan to give the children anything.

01:28They don't have anything to eat, they don't have anything to eat.
