00:21Yes. So I come from the store I originally worked in when I first started was by the
00:28sea, so when I saw the opportunity to open one in Hayling Island, it sort of took me
00:34back to my day one, and I just thought it was a perfect opportunity for me, and I was
00:39excited to open a store by the sea.
00:42Excellent. And in regards of the responses, what's it been like since it was announced
00:48that you were going to be moving here?
00:50Yes, so we're getting some positive response. I mean, we've been here training now for two
00:54weeks, and we're having people in and out constantly asking about opening, and that
00:59they're saying that this is what the island needs, so I'm hoping that's what's going to
01:05happen.
01:06Well, I just want to build a community, building relations with the community here, really
01:11settle in, and really hope I can meet their expectations and give them the quality of
01:17the pizzas they deserve.
01:18Excellent. And finally, is there any message that you'd like to give to your future customers
01:23who will be coming here?
01:24Yes, so we're opening on the 24th of June at 11am for the Ribbon Cutting. I hope to
01:30see you here, and you can all get a taste of the pizza and taste the best quality that
01:35we can give you.
