00:04I'm talking with some special members of our team.

00:06Please tell me, what's your name, what's your role?

00:08My name is Yannick, I'm filming interviews on the outside stage.

00:12My name is Ali and I am a stage manager for this event.

00:16I'm Divya, I'm the technical manager for the event.

00:18My name is Steve, my role has been like the stage assistant.

00:21My name is Maria and my role is networking assistant.

00:25My name is Ana Fernandez.

00:28I came last year and the vibe was amazing.

00:32It was great to see it from an outside perspective,

00:35but being part of the team, you get to see the behind the scenes

00:38and it's been a really good internship time.

00:40It's been an experience, I would say that.

00:42Fabulous, sublime and yeah.

00:45It's a really great opportunity.

00:47I'm from Ukraine so I decided to move to Berlin.

00:52I'm learning all the time,

00:55but it definitely does test your skills on that.

00:59Wow, I've seen so many artists, oh my god.

01:03What's your favorite part about being part of the team?

01:05Just having a great time in the backstage,

01:08laughing, joking after our long days. It's been fun.

01:11The team that prepared the festival did a great job.

01:17What are your favorite things about the festival?

01:19The people, the people that come here are absolutely amazing.

01:23The team is perfect, I think that's the best team in my life.

01:27Do you want to come back next year?

01:29Yes, of course.

01:31It's been a great learning experience.

01:35And now I think we both have to get back to work.

01:37Yes, yes, time for work.
