00:00The ombudsman denied the appeal of Mayor Alice Guo regarding her six-month preventive suspension.

00:07And if she goes abroad, she will be blocked by Immigration to find out if she can still leave the country.

00:26This is in violation of the Immigration Lookout Bulletin Order against her and her sister, Wesley,

01:14Meanwhile, the ombudsman dismissed Guo's appeal regarding her six-month preventive suspension.

01:20The ombudsman said that there is a sufficient basis to say that there is strong evidence against Guo and two other suspended persons.

01:28Guo's business interests cannot be denied based on the documents found and POGOs were able to operate in Bamban

01:35because of the permit she gave and the municipality.

01:38Guo's position and two other partners in the possible witnesses and documents in the case are still in doubt.

01:46Guo's camp has already accepted the order that it is saddening.

01:51We will not agree to it. We will appeal to the Port of Appeals as soon as possible.
