00:00President Bongbong Marcos assessed the extent of the flood damage in his home province, Ilocos Norte.
00:06He also asked the Public Works Department why some flood control projects were damaged there.

00:18In the aftermath of the Ilocos Norte flood damage,
00:21the estimated value of the damage to infrastructure and agriculture reached almost a billion pesos,

00:34As for the damaged land in Barangay Gabo Norte, Salawag,
00:38the President distributed financial assistance and relief goods to 800 recipients of ACAP,
