00:00Good evening everyone. I'm standing on my record of standing up for you because I have

00:06always put Rutland first and so what I'm asking for at this election is for you to support me

00:12so that I can keep supporting every one of you. There are many people who think that MPs can't

00:17make a difference. I have helped over 40,000 people in our communities who were suffering

00:23with appalling injustices or dark times or who had questions or concerns about legislation.

00:28I've delivered on every election promise I made to you in 2019. Some that people said

00:33couldn't be done. Now that doesn't mean case closed, there's nothing more to be done.

00:37Whether it was the A1, broadband, healthcare, more money for our councils, I have delivered on them.

00:43As an MP I have never taken going into parliament for granted and I've always

00:47known the responsibility that sits on my shoulders. Now we might not always disagree

00:52and I will make mistakes but I'm someone who builds consensus and works cross-party.

00:58I've balanced delivering on national legislation and scrutinising things to make them work better

01:03for Rutland but I've also focused on keeping our country safe. I'm the first ever and youngest

01:09chair of the Foreign Affairs Committee ever and who voted me in? MPs across parliament

01:15because I have their respect. MPs from every single party voted for me to be the chair

01:20but most of all I've held even my own government to account so they work better for Rutland and at

01:25all times I've done it while being local, approachable and hard-working. So I'm sitting

01:31here not because I enjoy party politics and playing political games, I most certainly do not.

01:36I care about campaigns, policy and communities and I want to keep fighting for us so if you give me

01:42that opportunity I will keep standing up for you, I will keep supporting for you and I will fight

01:47for us again every single day with Rutland in my heart. Thank you.
