00:00Beth V, what happens to find you up on this lovely quarry field, what are you up to?
00:07Well, we're just setting up for the food festival, so...
00:09I'm never a guest!
00:11So we've started hanging out with some giant food.
00:13This weekend we've got 200 local food, drink exhibitors, homes and gardens.
00:17We've got two live entertainment stages.
00:21We've got a chef's school, so you can come and have a go, cook along with some local chefs.
00:25You can come and watch some people demonstrating.
00:27We've got a massive area full of free kids activities.
00:31It's an absolutely huge festival, so if you've not been before,
00:35you can expect the fact that we're using up most of the quarry park in Shrewsbury.
00:39It's going to be good weather, there's absolutely loads to see, do, buy, enjoy.
00:44It's a whole day out for the whole family.
00:46So if you like to eat, you like to drink, you like to watch live music, you like to have fun,
00:49this is the place you need to be.
00:51And how are you coping, setting up in this heat?
00:53It's hot and sweaty, can you not tell how hot and sweaty I'm looking?
00:56It is hot, it's hard.
00:58But the team are doing an amazing job.
01:00I guess you'd rather have it this way than the other, wouldn't you?
01:03I can cope with a bit of sunshine if it means we can keep the rain away,
01:05and the forecast is looking good.
01:07People can still buy tickets at shrewsburyfoodfestival.co.uk
01:10or you can buy them on the gate when you arrive.
