Julian Stevenson was on holiday with his family, enjoying a sunny day by the pool.
His elder brother, always up for some fun, decided to try to throw Julian into the freezing water.
Sensing the icy plunge ahead, Julian quickly tried to escape and made a dash for the stairs.
In his rush, he slipped and tumbled over the wet steps, landing awkwardly and fracturing his toe.
