Parliamentary elections in France

More than 49 million French people are called to exercise their right to vote, three weeks after the European elections, in which the extreme right-wing party national grouping obtained the majority of the votes. France holds legislative elections after president Emmanuel Macron dissolved the National Assembly, on June 9th, and will call for early elections under the argument of putting the way forward in the hands of the people.
