00:00Remco, you had the possibility of maybe conquering the yellow jersey today, was it an objective?

00:10No, not really. First of all, it was the first sprint stage of the Tour, so everybody knows

00:16it's probably the most hectic one, so that's why the first objective was to arrive safe,

00:22which we succeeded, and then beside that we were just going to wait and see what the result

00:27would bring out, so in the end it's the same situation, another leader, but not me, so

00:33in the end I think the mission succeeded for staying safe and arriving without any bruises

00:39and injuries.

00:41A long, long day, a long, long stage, a way to recover a little bit after the first two

00:46demanding stages.

00:47Yeah, exactly, I think nobody was really interested in the breakaway today, I think everybody

00:52suffered quite a bit the last two days, so I think it was the perfect way to have a long

00:57recovery ride, let's say.

00:59Tomorrow is the first big mountain stage with the Galibier, what can we expect from you?

01:05Yeah, first of all I need to stay where I am, I think not losing time on Tadej, Jonas

01:10and Richard is the main goal, and about stage win we will see, I mean if it's a sprint with

01:15a small group then for sure I will try, but I think we will have to see about the breakaway,

01:21I think already two days the breakaway stayed away, so there is a big chance that they go

01:25again tomorrow, but in the end we will see, just try to survive and go for the best result

01:30as possible.
