02:19to come and use the restaurant and bar on the rooftop terrace where we are today
02:23and also enjoy some meeting and event space that we have.
02:27Can you tell me a little bit about the interest in the hotel and the restaurant so far?
02:31Yeah, we've had really positive feedback.
02:34The hotel has some full occupancy days coming up, which is great.
02:38And lots of busy conference days.
02:41The restaurant and bar is receiving lots of interest because of these beautiful views.
02:45And we look forward to it being a real success in addition to the city.
