00:07Duterte said that he knows where Pastor Apolo Quibuloy is wanted, but it's a secret where he's wanted.

00:21In April, the courts in Davao and Pasig issued warrants to arrest Pastor Apolo Quibuloy.

00:27He's wanted for several cases including child abuse and qualified human trafficking.

00:32Authorities went to the properties of Quibuloy in Davao region, but the pastor is still not found.

00:38If former President Duterte will ask where Quibuloy is?

00:42Pastor, maybe you should surrender. Don't surrender, just run away.

00:46But if you ask where the pastor is, I know. I know where the pastor is, but it's a secret.

00:56The PNP is looking for an answer from former President Rodrigo Duterte for the obstruction of justice of Pastor Apolo Quibuloy.

01:02A person who knows that a wanted person is wanted may be held liable for obstruction of justice.

01:10The PNP's lawyers will study if those statements may constitute obstruction of justice or just simple words taken out of context.

01:22The PNP wants to get the full context of Duterte's statement so that it will be known that the President is just joking.

01:28But his former Executive Secretary Salvador Medialdea said that the former President is not joking.

01:35Medialdea also reminded Duterte's lawyer that the authority of client privilege can be violated

01:40or the confidentiality of the conversation between a lawyer and his client should be protected.

01:45The former President is now the administrator of the property of Kingdom of Jesus Christ of Quibuloy.

01:50According to Bayan Muna and Chairman Nery Colmenares, Duterte is more concerned about his personal loyalties

01:57than the law and the use of justice.

01:59The President should be held liable under the Code of Professional Responsibility and Accountability.

02:05According to a legal expert, Duterte has no responsibility just because he refused to disclose the secrets of Quibuloy.

02:12I have no obligation for him to say where.

02:17Except if he is ordered by the court to say.

02:23It's going to be a moral liability or a moral obligation.

02:27There is no legal obligation for him to say where Quibuloy is.
