00:00Welcome back, Angela.
00:25Thank you for having me back.
00:26It's so great to see you.
00:28Honestly, your last interview with me, and if you guys haven't listened to it, you really
00:32should go back and listen to it, is one of my top favorites of all time.
00:37The couple of times that I've been asked to submit episodes for review for one reason
00:44or another, I always include that one.
00:46Thank you very much.
00:46I always do.
00:48Thank you.
00:48So how are you?
00:50It's been a while since you've been on.
00:54Last time you were here, it was right before you hosted the AVN Awards.
00:57Correct.
00:57And you fucking swept the floor with all of your awards.
01:01How many did you win?
01:02I won, I took home 14 awards, including Female Performer of the Year.
01:06Wow.
01:07Did you bring a moving truck for all those awards?
01:09It was, well, actually, I couldn't fit it all in my trunk, so AVN brought it back.
01:14Oh, you couldn't fit it all in your trunk.
01:18Well, I had other things.
01:19I had my dresses and other things, so I had to go to the AVN offices, and then it filled
01:23my trunk.
01:24You should have known better.
01:25You should have known better to bring, it'd be actually hilarious if you showed up with
01:28a little detached trailer, you know what I mean?
01:32This is for all my AVN Awards that I know I'm going to win.
01:36Well, I had no idea that I was going to win any awards, let alone that many.
01:41You must have assumed that you'd win at least one.
01:43I had hopes, obviously.
01:45I worked really hard.
01:46I did have hopes.
01:47But you can never know what's going to happen, and I never want to jinx anything.
01:52That's true.
01:53I did work very, very hard last year and this year, so I had hopes.
01:59And winning Performer of the Year was incredible, a huge, huge honor.
02:03And I was actually inducted into the AVN Hall of Fame as well.
02:05That is amazing.
02:07Yeah.
02:07That is amazing.
02:08Really, really cool.
02:08Yeah, and how long have you been doing—I know you've been in the industry for a while,
02:13but how long have you been doing hardcore?
02:16Hardcore since 2011.
02:17Okay.
02:18Yeah.
02:19So that would be seven years.
02:22Good job, Holly.
02:23I'm glad you went to school.
02:26Okay, so that's—I mean, I don't know if that's early to be inducted in the Hall of Fame.
02:31It seems like it's a little on the early side.
02:34Well, I think you have to be in the industry for 10 years,
02:38but I've been in the industry since 2003.
02:41Right, okay.
02:42Yeah.
02:43Okay.
02:44So I remember you actually were quite sick right before you went on stage.
02:50It was awful.
02:51And you powered through.
02:53And it was funny.
02:53One of the things that I said on the last podcast right before I was hosting was,
02:58you know, there's nothing really I can do right now because I don't have my script.
03:00All I have to do is make sure I stay well.
03:02Yeah.
03:03And I ended up getting really, really sick.
03:05And I couldn't go to the convention beforehand.
03:08I couldn't be on the floor.
03:09I was sick, in bed, in my hotel in Vegas, just saving my voice because I had acute laryngitis,
03:15and I couldn't even really speak.
03:16Wow.
03:17Yeah, it was amazing that I ended up being able to get on stage that night and have a voice.
03:21So I completely lost it by the end of the night.
03:24When did your voice come back?
03:25Like that day, that morning?
03:27It started to come back at the start of the week.
03:29But every time I started to talk, I started to lose it again.
03:32So I realized I just needed to rest my vocal cords and just not speak to everyone.
03:36Did you like mime what you wanted?
03:37I texted everyone.
03:40Board, like whiteboard, bring me cookies.
03:44I was just Postmates-ing everything.
03:46So yeah, it was a very, very exciting night.
03:49Yeah.
03:51Were you nervous, like being in front of all those people on that stage?
03:55Was it kind of a terrifying experience?
03:57It wasn't terrifying, but it was more I was nervous because I wanted everyone to have
04:02a fantastic night.
04:03And part of my duties is to make sure that the show runs smoothly, and it's a fun show.
04:10So I had nerves about that.
04:13Right.
04:14But everyone seemed to enjoy the show.
04:16And it was an incredible night for me.
04:20And it was great to celebrate everybody's achievements for the year.
04:23And yeah.
04:26It's such a big deal, the AVN Awards in our industry.
04:30You know, I know a lot of people like it means a lot to them to win and be nominated.
04:36And you, I'm sure, were nominated this year.
04:39Yes, actually, the nomination party just happened last week.
04:43And some of the movies that I brought along for your Patreon members were actually nominated
04:51for awards, including I Am Angela, which is the big showcase this year, which is nominated
04:56for Best Star Showcase.
04:58I'm nominated again for Female Performer of the Year, which is exciting.
05:01And then I did a number of other projects that got nominated.
05:04Angela Loves Women 4 is nominated for Best All-Girl Movie, Angela by Darko.
05:09I think it was six nominations it received.
05:13So yeah, all up, I received 12 AVN Award nominations, and my company received another
05:18six AVN Award nominations.
05:20That's amazing.
05:21Yeah.
05:21I think it's hilarious that you texted me.
05:24You're like, congratulations on your nomination.
05:26I'm like, what are you talking about?
05:30Clearly, I'm so up on it.
05:31And you're like, your movie got a nomination.
05:34I'm like, what movie?
05:36And then she tells me, what was it?
05:37Forbidden Tale.
05:38I don't even know what it's called.
05:40Forbidden Tales.
05:41A Taste of the Forbidden or something.
05:43Something like that.
05:44And I'm like, I don't know that movie.
05:46And then you text me the box cover, and it's like, it's my movie.
05:51And I was like, oh, yeah, right.
05:52I forgot.
05:53Because I have an agency that takes my scenes and kind of puts them together as a compilation
05:58and then distributes them, I guess, through Pulse, which clearly I just don't pay any
06:04fucking attention to because I had no idea.
06:07It's really sad.
06:08I haven't seen the movie, but it looks incredible.
06:10The visuals on the box cover are beautiful.
06:13Even the caps on the back.
06:14And it's an all-star cast.
06:15So congratulations on the nomination that you didn't realize you received.
06:23I think it's because I shoot scenes kind of here and there for my website.
06:27I'm not as focused on producing a final product the way that you are.
06:32So honestly, every year when my agency comes to me and they're like,
06:38what do you want to nominate yourself for?
06:39I'm like, nothing.
06:42Honestly, nothing.
06:45Because I recognize the people that are really doing incredible work in the industry.
06:49And I'm not trying to be down on myself.
06:51I just kind of don't feel like I'm one of them.
06:54So I was just like, well, whatever.
06:56But then I realized I actually should have nominated this podcast for best mainstream thing.
07:01I didn't think about that.
07:03So I'll do that next year.
07:04I just don't, I don't know.
07:06I don't really pay a ton of attention.
07:07But I didn't shoot any feature movies last year.
07:11But I'm shooting for Wicked next month.
07:15So I'm definitely doing one this year.
07:18And hopefully other stuff too.
07:21So I think next year will be a little different.
07:23But this last year sucked for me.
07:25But let's not talk about me.
07:26Let's talk about you.
07:30I'm sorry last year, this year sucked.
07:31It's okay.
07:32It's okay.
07:32It's actually getting much better.
07:342019 is going to be fine.
07:36But before we actually started this podcast,
07:39I subjected Angela to my hiding Oreos in the bathroom problem.
07:42So Angela's just like, what is wrong with this girl?
07:45That is not what I think at all.
07:47We all have our own little idiosyncrasies.
07:50Yes.
07:52Yes, we definitely do.
07:55So I definitely want to talk about your showcase.
07:57But before we get to that,
07:58I want to talk about a couple other things that you've been doing.
08:01I want to talk about The Weight of Infidelity.
08:04Because I don't know.
08:06I know I discussed it with Carla Lane when she was on.
08:09But I don't think I talked to you about it.
08:11No, because it was filmed after we did the first book.
08:13Right, okay.
08:14But we did.
08:15I think it was inspired by your piece Becky
08:19that you wrote for Asa Akira's Asa Erotica book, right?
08:22Correct.
08:23Which was an incredible, incredible piece.
08:25And you read it on the podcast.
08:26And it was like, I mean, the way that you write is not only amazing,
08:30but you read it really well with such passion.
08:33It was a very powerful piece.
08:34So tell me how you decided to take that and turn it into an actual scene.
08:41Well, I got a lot of positive feedback from the chapter that I wrote.
08:46And I decided that actually, this would really work well as a scene.
08:50Obviously, it needed to be adapted a little bit.
08:52And so I wrote a script based off the chapter.
08:56And I made it a little bit more taboo,
08:58because I was submitting it to Bree Mills, who runs puretaboo.com.
09:03And so it has a similar theme.
09:06It focuses on body image and the way that weight is often used as a weapon
09:11against both men and women.
09:13But obviously, my focus in this piece was women.
09:16And I wanted to use my position within the industry
09:20to create more inclusivity.
09:22So when I cast the film, and Bree gave me complete control over the cast,
09:28I wanted to have a true BBW performer.
09:31And Carla Lane was the first person to come to mind.
09:34She's a beautiful person, both inside and out.
09:37And turns out, she's an incredible actress as well.
09:40And I learned that very quickly with working closely with her
09:45for The Weight of Infidelity.
09:46And it's available for free on puretaboo.com.
09:51So I encourage listeners to go and watch it.
09:54And it was actually covered by Jezebel.
09:56So it got mainstream media attention,
09:58got a lot of positive feedback from the adult community as well as the fans.
10:04And it was really nice to make a porn featurette that had meaning,
10:10that was powerful, that looked at topics that are controversial
10:15and are not often the subject of adult entertainment.
10:18Beth Dombkowski Yeah, I gotta say, honestly,
10:20I really feel that that scene was probably my favorite project that anybody did this year.
10:26And there was a lot of really amazing stuff that people came out with this year,
10:30you know, with, you know, Abigail's Tushy Showcase, that was really amazing.
10:36Obviously, your I Am Angela piece, which we will get to.
10:41But that's what I loved about it was that it was the first time that I'd ever seen
10:47a porn scene and felt an emotional attachment to it and kind of wanted to cry.
10:55So can you actually tell the listeners exactly what the story is?
10:59Jezebel So I am in the story,
11:03I'm married to Tommy Pistol, who is an incredible actor and adult performer.
11:10And I'm married to him, and it's an abusive relationship where he's using
11:14food as a form of power. So he is controlling what I eat, he's watching my weekly weigh-ins,
11:22he's nitpicking me on everything, everything that I put in my mouth, and basically
11:27encouraging me to lose weight. And no matter how much weight I lose, it's not good enough for him.
11:33On the flip side, you find out later in the piece, he's actually having an affair
11:38with Carla, who is a much curvier woman and a BBW in this industry. And on the flip side,
11:46he's encouraging her to gain weight. So he is force feeding her, he is engaging in a fetish
11:52called feederism, which I'd like to point out quickly that feederism is not a form of abuse.
11:58It can, I mean, obviously, in this case, it is being used as a form of abuse, but it is a fetish
12:03that you can be involved in the fetish in a way that is completely safe and healthy and sensual
12:11and sane. But yeah. It's almost like a spinoff of kind of an S&M. It's like a power exchange
12:17kind of situation. Correct. And Carla, if you guys want to go back and learn more about that,
12:22listen to my podcast with Carla Lane. She explains that whole thing in a lot better detail.
12:28Yeah. And this piece was not supposed to shame feederism in any way. This was...
12:33And I don't feel that. Yeah. No, it was clearly,
12:35he was using it in a... He's engaging it in a way that is abusive and not consensual.
12:42And so the point of it is, is that this man is on one hand encouraging his wife to lose weight,
12:48and on the other hand, encouraging his mistress to gain weight. And so the point is that weight
12:54is a weapon, that food has power, that it looks at idealized body image and the way that it can
13:02have a negative impact on people's lives. And I won't tell you the ending and why it's taboo, but
13:08that's essentially it. And it's emotionally charged, but in the end, the women are empowered
13:13together. They end up taking revenge against Tommy. So it's not pitting women against each
13:18other, which I really think is important because a lot of scripts you get are just like women
13:22fighting or female jealousy. And that's... I don't want to portray that kind of negative
13:29woman to woman interaction. So instead of being angry at Carla, obviously, I'm angry at Tommy,
13:35who is the source of the problem. Right.
13:39Yeah. And Tommy's obviously standing in for society and our views of beauty and stuff.
13:46Right. So Tommy did an amazing job because he actually
13:49felt quite uncomfortable about the things that he was saying to me because he was commenting,
13:56yes, we're acting, but he is commenting on things that I could perceive as real flaws in my body,
14:03not being thin enough, not being pretty enough, not being disciplined enough. And between takes,
14:10he was apologizing to me for the things that he was saying. And I could tell that it was really
14:15affecting him emotionally to play this really horrible character.
14:19Yeah. And he did an amazing job.
14:21Do you feel that personal experience was something that led you to want to create this piece? Like,
14:27do you feel that pressure of always having to be a certain way, look a certain way,
14:33especially because you're in front of the camera?
14:35Definitely. I can say that I'm in a place where I love my curves. I'm very happy with
14:43the way that I look physically. But I'm also, as you know, I'm a very critical person. I'm very
14:47detail oriented. So I always look at myself and think of, oh, I could improve this. I could
14:51improve that. And we live in a society that has only recently started to embrace curves and
14:57thickness. Growing up, I definitely thought I was too fat. It's society told me that.
15:02Yes.
15:03And we even talked, I won't go too far into it because people can go back and listen to our
15:07first podcast that we did together. But, you know, porn was the first place that I saw my curvy body
15:13represented in a positive light in fashion magazines and on television and in movies.
15:18Whenever a curvier woman was represented, it was not represented as positive.
15:23Right.
15:24So I definitely grew up thinking that, oh, I need to lose weight. Oh,
15:27my curves aren't good enough. And it was through working in porn that I realized,
15:30oh, you know, there is a market for me. People, not everybody's going to like my body. That's
15:34fine. But there is a huge market that does love my body.
15:38I find it interesting, and I know I've said this before, that, you know, we perceived women to be,
15:46to need to look and behave or whatever in a certain way, you know, through media and films.
15:53And then, like, kind of when the internet came along and suddenly media became more
15:57controlled by the user because it wasn't just like, you know, when you watch TV,
16:01you're pretty much like fed what media thinks they want you to see. And then you're like,
16:06oh, that's what's right. That's what I need. But then, like, when the internet came along,
16:10and especially social media, it almost, I feel almost like the consumer, like,
16:15got more of a voice and was able to choose what they actually liked. And so media started to
16:23recognize that and, like, follow that path. So now that's why I feel like you see in a lot of ads,
16:29they're trying to represent, you know, women of different body shapes and sizes and, you know,
16:36different sexual orientation, all that kind of stuff. I feel like the internet really, like,
16:40kind of pushed all of that forward and just, I don't know, just opened up doors for people to
16:46be like, you know what, this is not what I like. This is what I like. And I'm, this is acceptable.
16:51And I don't know, it's just, it's so different. Because, you know, I'm older. So I was around
16:57before the internet came along. And I just, like, things have changed so fast. And it's amazing.
17:03It's really been a democratization of desire and a democratization of, you know,
17:08people's body types, you know, where you see far more diversity, even in mainstream media now,
17:14which is fantastic. Yes. Yeah.
17:16Yeah. And another thing that I've noticed, and, you know, definitely pertaining to what we were
17:22just talking about is how you seem to feel like you have, like, a social responsibility
17:27in your content, you know, like, you're not just trying to produce porn that, you know,
17:33is titillating and sexual, but like, there's a social conscious behind everything that you do.
17:39Yes. So can you maybe talk about that?
17:42Well, I realized that I'm in a, I'm in a powerful position in a way, like,
17:47having this platform, I have a large social media platform, winning female form of the year,
17:52I have a responsibility to use my platform to make the world better, even if it's just the small
17:59adult community world. And so obviously, the weight of infidelity was one thing that I did
18:06this year, I really wanted to, I wanted to showcase curvier bodies as well with Carla,
18:11I wanted to bring her into a space that was a more mainstream adult space, and I wanted
18:18fans to see her body and to be exposed to different types of bodies.
18:27There's obviously I did my first trans scene this year, which we can get to that's in my showcase,
18:32I am Angela, and I feel like the industry is really starting to be far more accepting of
18:40trans performers, trans rights, there's less stigma, there's still a stigma, but it's getting
18:47better. So I decided to do my first trans scene with Chanel Santini for this big movie.
18:54And obviously, I'm, I try to represent a positive sexuality, you know, I, I get got into this
19:01industry to express and explore my sexuality. And I, I'm proud of what I do, which is one of
19:06the reasons that I chose to use my real name. I don't think that I should be ashamed of being
19:11a sexual person. And I hope that through me being proud of what I do and showcasing a way to,
19:19to live a life where you can be proud of your sexuality. I hope that that encourages others
19:25to be proud of their sexuality and to, to live honestly and openly and not to be scared of,
19:33you know, the shame and the stigma, which is there, but you only have one life.
19:39Yeah.
19:39So you should, you should live your truth.
19:41Yeah. It's been really incredible to see women like you taking, you know, this message and using,
19:48you know, porn as a platform for it, which is just so different. I mean, porn before was always,
19:54you know, this dirty, seedy underbelly of media. And, you know, it was just to,
20:01you know, get guys hard and, and that's it. But now it's like, it's become so much more complex.
20:06And there's, you know, there's a message behind it now. And it's just like, it's,
20:10it's evolved into something so much bigger than just porn. And it's been
20:14such an exciting thing to witness.
20:17Yeah. And I mean, pretty much everybody watches porn. So it is actually a very powerful platform.
20:23Yes.
20:24And it's also powerful because when people are watching porn,
20:27they're often masturbating. And when you're masturbating and you receive messages when
20:32you're in that pleasure zone, you know, it's a, it's a, you know, it can kind of seep in and...
20:37Because it is an intimate, vulnerable time, right? I mean, people always like, you know,
20:42privately, well, not everybody, but you know what I'm saying? It's like a private moment where you
20:47lock your bedroom door and you put on headphones or, you know, your roommates, you heard God forbid
20:52your mom to walk in or something like that. So it is this private, intimate moment. So yeah,
20:56I could see how like, it is this, this vulnerable time that you could be, you know, giving people
21:01not only pleasure, but you know, I don't want to say like teaching them a morality lesson,
21:06but there's like, there's almost something to that there.
21:09The way I see it is more giving them the opportunity to think of,
21:15given the opportunity to see different ways of being or different ways of exploring their
21:21sexuality, different ways of experiencing the world, different ways of interacting with people.
21:26So even if it's like, for example, I've had fans that have been following me since 2003,
21:33fans that, you know, just started following me because they like big breasts, never expecting
21:37that I would do a trans scene. And now because they followed me through this time, they may have
21:42never expected to enjoy watching a trans scene themselves, but because they're my fan, they've
21:47committed to watching the movie and then suddenly they watch it and wow, they're exposed to a
21:53different, you know, a different kind of sex that they end up enjoying. You know, I just like,
21:57I like that there's this, in that vulnerable space where you're masturbating, you're open
22:03to new ideas and it's in the privacy mostly of your own home. And so yeah, I just, I just,
22:08I like being exposed to myself. I like being exposed to different ideas and different ways of
22:13being. And, and, um, I hope that my fans do too. Have you had any feedback from any of your fans
22:18who've said, you know, before I would have never watched a trans scene or I would have never
22:23watched a BBW scene or something like that, but then I watched your, because you were in it and
22:28I've found that maybe that's something I could be into. Yes. I've had a lot of feedback like that.
22:34That's gotta be kind of an amazing experience to feel like you're changing people's minds about
22:40what they find sexy and opening people's, you know, opening these pathways to different,
22:46I don't know, kind of different sexual preferences. Yeah. And that's why I feel like
22:50I have a responsibility with this platform as well to do something good with it. If I can
22:55leave the industry, not that I have any plans on doing so anytime soon, I'm not going,
22:59I'm saying, but if I can leave knowing that I've, I've had a positive impact,
23:09not just on my life, I've already had an incredibly positive impact on my own life through,
23:14through being part of this amazing community. But if I can expand that and have a positive
23:19impact on other people's lives, that's incredible to me. Yeah. That's amazing.
23:23Okay. Well, we're going to take a really short break. We're going to hear from our sponsors
23:28and then when we come back, we're going to talk about Angela White's showcase, I Am Angela.
23:32Yes.
23:33All right, everybody, we are back and we are going to talk about Angela's new movie,
23:39I Am Angela. If you're watching the video, it's right here. And I want to talk first about the
23:46cover just because I'm looking straight at it. It's a very modest cover. You're wearing a
23:51turtleneck. You're hiding like, you know, your two largest assets. So, and you have very little
23:58makeup on. So is there, I know that you do everything deliberately. There's a reason behind
24:03everything that you do. So why shoot this cover in this way? Well, I really wanted the cover to be,
24:10I mean, more like classic portraiture than, than, than a porn cover. And this movie is really,
24:15it's a full length documentary. And this is far more reminiscent of a documentary cover than,
24:22than a porn cover. And this, this movie is very humanizing. And so by covering up, you know,
24:29the body and obviously the boobs and that sexual, overtly sexual nature of my physicality,
24:37it really forces you to look at my face and it forces you to look into my eyes. And I want you
24:43to see me as a person here, not just as a sexual being. I mean, I'm always going to be a sexual
24:48being. That's a core part of who I am. Yeah. And that's a part of, that's part of really
24:52everybody, every person, but some people just choose to not acknowledge it. And it's a large
24:57part of you. Yes, it is. I would say that I, I'm always a sexual person, even when we're talking
25:04about other aspects that don't seem sexual. At the core of me is a very, very sexual person,
25:12but I don't want to be reduced to my sexuality. It, it is in everything that I do. Sex drives
25:19everything, including my academic work and my writing and everything, cleaning the house. I'm
25:25still like that, you know, that sex is just a drive for me, but I don't want to be reduced
25:30to sexuality. I want to, I don't want to ever be reduced to my breasts. Right. And so this cover
25:35reflects that. I want you to, I want, I want you to know by looking at this cover that you're going
25:39to learn more about me. We're not just going to focus on my breasts and the way they move.
25:45We're not just going to focus on the fact that I have sex with many people in this movie. Yeah.
25:50You're going to learn about me as a person. And yeah, I think that it's successful in that.
25:57Yeah. Yeah. And then the other cover, which is, these are both Evil Angela films, by the way,
26:03Angela by Darko, a very different vibe. Very spacey, very artsy. You're wearing a body suit
26:11that barely covers your boobs. And then you've got all this glitter all over your arms and all the
26:16way up your neck, almost like a turtleneck and then into your hair. So what was the inspiration
26:21behind this? Interesting. You notice I'm kind of both wearing turtlenecks on both covers.
26:25Oh, yeah. Well, actually together, these form a series for Evil Angel called A Portrait of
26:31Angela White. So this is more of the humanizing documentary and this is more of the, this is
26:39aesthetically driven. Right. So this is, and it's more, so each T sequence for Angela by Darko is
26:46visually stunning and really thought out. It's very, it's, did you end up seeing the trailer?
26:53Yes. I mean, you did some amazing, like your solo tease stuff. You had the indoor
27:00snow machine, which was super cool. You've always put a lot of focus on your tease stuff,
27:06which looks really, really great. Well, once we get to the hardcore, I'm a very hardcore
27:11performer. So once we get to the hardcore sex, the makeup goes, it's kind of, it gets beautifully,
27:17beautifully ugly. Yeah. Rosalinda just throws her brushes in the air. She's like, fuck this shit.
27:21Rosalinda is our makeup artist, by the way. She works for Angela and me, and she's amazing.
27:25And she did the makeup, and you can see her diversity, like in both of these covers,
27:30because she did the incredible makeup for Angela by Darko, which is covered in glitter,
27:34very strong eye, and then this natural makeup, which is barely anything.
27:37Right, right. So thank you, Rosalinda. I'm going to look at the back of this very sneakily,
27:43because there's some dirty photos on the back here, and the rest of you don't want to see it.
27:48That is a lot of... Dick.
27:51Spit something? What's all over you in the silver? Is that oil?
27:56That is a combination of spit, spunk lube, and squirt. That was an anal squirt fest.
28:05That's Marcus Dupree, right? Marcus Dupree, he made me squirt over 30 times.
28:1030? To the point where I actually... So most porn videos have a come shot recap.
28:16I did a come shot recap for that, and I also, because I half edited this,
28:20I had another person help me, but I did a squirt recap, squirt cap,
28:26because there was so... He made me squirt over 30 times.
28:28So you know a come shot recap is you put all the... You edit it,
28:31so you have all the come shots together in a row.
28:34So someone who gets off to just watching the come shots, they can just go straight to that.
28:37Is this like an extra that you put on the DVD?
28:39Correct.
28:40Okay. I didn't even know this.
28:42Yeah. Well, now you learned something new.
28:44I know.
28:44So there's a come shot recap where you can see one after the other,
28:49and there's a lot of come shots in this because I have...
28:51There's a blow bang, so there's eight guys in that blow bang.
28:53So there's eight come shots there, and then there's a five guy gang bang,
28:57so there's another five come shots. So you can imagine there's a lot of...
29:00A lot of come.
29:00Yeah, there's a lot of come.
29:03But there's so much... There's even more squirt in that one scene.
29:07Wow.
29:07So I decided to put it all together. So if anyone just wants to see me squirt
29:11over and over and over again, basically like a loop,
29:14they can watch the...
29:15Like a boomerang?
29:16Yeah, right? Although we do it in different positions, so it kind of moves around a bit.
29:20Right. So it's got a little variety to it.
29:22Yeah. And that scene got nominated for most outrageous sex scene for Avian,
29:29because it's quite outrageous. He fills my butthole up with over a gallon of lube,
29:32of spunk lube. That's that gooey...
29:35Oh, so it's a certain kind of lube.
29:37Yeah. It looks like... Well, it's called spunk, so it looks like cum.
29:41Yeah.
29:41So he fills it... He uses like an enema thing to fill it up.
29:45How much is a gallon?
29:46It's really big.
29:47I have like really bad spatial awareness. What's a gallon? Like that?
29:52Like two of these cups? Three of them?
29:56It's a lot.
29:57I'm actually like metric system, but I just... I was told it was a gallon.
30:00Of course.
30:01Johnny was like, we've got a gallon of spunk. I'm like, okay, let's fill it. Let's fill it.
30:05So I know it was a gallon, because Johnny Darko told me. But a lot, a lot. And every time he would
30:10make me squirt, it would like project all out of my asshole. So it was very outrageous.
30:16That is outrageous.
30:20That actually just finally reminded me of my dream that I told you I was going to tell you
30:24about earlier that I just remembered, because I'm really good at turning these conversations
30:29into something about me.
30:31We all want to hear about your sex dream.
30:32So just real quick, and then we will go on to I Am Angela, because I'm really excited about that.
30:38I had a dream the other night that I decided to do porn,
30:41and I decided that my first scene was going to be an interracial threesome.
30:47And it was Isaiah Maxwell, Rob Piper, and some random dude. I don't know who the third person
30:53was. And I just remember it was... Don't get excited, people. I'm not going to do it. But
31:00I'm just saying in my dream, it was the most incredible experience ever. And we shot the
31:05scene, and I remember at the end thinking it was way too short. And I wished it had been longer.
31:10And it was just... I don't know. It was like their penises were magical.
31:12Did you do a DP? They are magical, by the way. I've had both of them.
31:15I think so. I don't remember. I've shot them together in a scene with Lisanne,
31:20and it was pretty impressive. But yeah, that was my dream. And I woke up and I was like,
31:25fuck, that was rad.
31:26That's your dream. That's my reality.
31:28I know, right? Sad for me. But I live vicariously through you.
31:35I try.
31:36Okay, so I Am Angela.
31:38Yes.
31:38There was one big first in this movie, your first TS scene with Chanel Centini.
31:48So why did you decide to do that for I Am Angela? Because all your other firsts were for your own
31:54company.
31:55Yes. All my other firsts except for my first boy girl. So my first anal, my first DP,
32:00my first gangbang, my first double anal, that's all been for AGW Entertainment, which is my company.
32:05But you did your first boy girl before you started your company, correct?
32:08Correct. So ever since I've had my own company, every first has been for me.
32:14And obviously, it was a big decision to give it to another company. But my reasoning for that was,
32:19well, first of all, this is a huge movie, a huge undertaking and a very important project.
32:23And I'd already decided that I wanted to do my first trans scene. But I've never shot
32:30a trans scene. I have a lot of experience shooting anal scenes and gangbangs.
32:34I know what positions to do. I know what's required. But I didn't know if that was going
32:40to be like a whole new, a different experience. And then the other thing was when I was speaking
32:46to Evil Chris, who directed I Am Angela, when he said there could be a possibility that we
32:50could have Joey Silvera direct my first trans scene. And for those of you who don't know who
32:56Joey Silvera is, he is a TS porn pioneer. He is a legend in this industry. And he's actually
33:03semi-retired, pretty reclusive, doesn't shoot much anymore. So the possibility of having a
33:09legend like that shoot my very first trans scene was just incredible for me. And yeah, and yes,
33:17he did end up directing it. And it was an incredible and beautiful, sensual experience.
33:22It was funny when you were interviewing him about it, and when you were talking about it
33:29afterwards, like the direction that he was giving you was very confusing. He was like,
33:35pretend it's like a webcam, but it's not. And then he just seemed to kind of be like,
33:41just do your own thing and I'll be here and I'll capture it. But yeah, I know you were
33:46trying to like get direction out of him. You're like, what do you want from me?
33:49He's a very interesting man. Yeah, he's an enigma. His direction was a little confusing,
33:57but I just, I really wanted to give him what he wanted. I kind of had, I had a number of things
34:01that I wanted to have essential experience, which is what I wanted from the scene. I wanted to be
34:06truly connected with Chanel. So I wanted to make sure I got what I wanted, but then I also wanted
34:11to make sure Chanel got what she wanted. And I wanted to make sure that Joey got what he wanted
34:15and evil Chris. So there were a lot of people's wants and desires. And when he was giving me the
34:19direction and it was very confusing, I was like, oh gosh, how am I going to pretend it's like a
34:25webcam, but then not. But you know what? I ended up deciding I'm just going to make sure I'm truly
34:30connected to Chanel and I bet he's going to love that. I did. Yeah, it seemed to me watch,
34:36because I've never watched any of this stuff before, that he shoots a very intimate kind of
34:41scene because you can hear him talking. You can hear him kind of commenting on the scene. So it
34:49feels he's almost like puts himself in as like a part of it. And I assume he probably shoots a lot
34:56of his stuff like that. Was it just him filming? It was going to be just him filming. He's kind
35:02of reclusive, as I said. And so evil Chris wasn't actually going to be allowed to stay during the
35:09sex. But once we got to the sex scene, Joey was like, no, you feel like part of the scene now.
35:15You're part of the vibes, you have to say. So that's why you got that great behind the scenes
35:19documentary footage of us having the sex and Chris was filming Joey directing. So yeah,
35:29usually it's very intimate. It's just him and the performers. This time, it happened to be
35:34Joey, the performers, and evil Chris and evil Robbie, who are the documentary crew.
35:40Right. It seems kind of interesting that maybe what he's after is a very authentic,
35:46intimate experience. So evil Chris was allowed to film it, like you said, because he was there.
35:55So the scenario had unfolded the way it unfolded naturally and he was there, so he had to stay.
36:00Yes.
36:00So it wasn't like this artificial thing that you brought in on the set. It was literally like
36:06what's happening is what's happening and that's what he's going to capture.
36:09Yes. Yes.
36:10Interesting. So how was Chanel?
36:12Amazing.
36:14I don't know if you've met Chanel.
36:16I do. Actually, it's kind of funny. We sat with her at the table for the Expos Awards
36:21last year, the year before, and my boyfriend, who's very straight, had no idea she was trans
36:29and was just like, that girl is so hot. And then she won trans performer of the year and
36:33went up to accept her award and he was like, what? Whoa, what?
36:37She's amazing.
36:38Which I think is obviously a great compliment to her. She looks very much, I mean, she is a woman.
36:46She is stunningly beautiful. She's an incredible performer. She's into it. And that was one of the
36:54reasons that I chose Chanel, because I really want to represent an honest, authentic sexuality
37:00on screen. And with some TS scenes, it's not necessarily a representation of their true
37:06sexuality. And by that, I mean, this was a trans lesbian scene. So I wanted my first,
37:12well, I'd like all my trans lesbian scenes to be with trans performers who enjoy having sex
37:17with women. And I had heard that Chanel really loved women. And actually, in the documentary
37:24segment, you hear us talking about it and she says, I love eating pussy. And I was like,
37:27perfect. Perfect. I'm with someone who wants to be here, who genuinely enjoys fucking women.
37:33This is going to be fantastic. And of course, it's not that I can't have sex with someone who
37:38doesn't want to have sex with a woman. It's just my whole career has been based upon doing what I
37:43like and being with other people that want to be there and that genuinely want to have sex with
37:49each other. So Chanel being into women was absolutely perfect. Yeah. Because now me not
37:57knowing all that much about the trans community, because obviously I'm not that very much involved
38:02in it. I've never shot it. I don't know too many people in that community. But from the few people
38:08that I have spoken to, it seems to me that people want to assume because they have a penis, they want
38:13to use it and have sex with somebody else. But that's not the case with everybody. Some of them
38:18don't really want to use their penis. They want to be fucked. So I think that that's an interesting
38:25and important distinction one needs to make and not assume that every trans performer
38:30likes it the same way. Correct. And I mean, it's not just trans performers. I mean, there are
38:37women in the industry who are, quote, gay for pay and men in the industry that are gay for pay and
38:44more power to them. But when it's a scene that I'm in, I like to be with people that, you know,
38:50it represents a genuine part of their sexuality. That's what I like. And Chanel loves getting blow
38:58jobs. So she obviously enjoys using her penis in scenes. And that made me feel comfortable because
39:06I wanted to be able to engage with her in a way that made her feel sexually desirable, sexually
39:12comfortable, you know, hot and horny. And it was just the perfect match. Right, right. So tell me
39:18about the other scenes that you did. Let's see. What was the first one? It's the DP. Well, it's
39:24an airtight. Oh, yes, yes, yes. It was Steve Holmes, Mick Blue, Marcus Dupree. And yes, so it
39:31was meant to be an airtight scene, which for those of you who don't know, that means a penis in the
39:35vagina, butthole and mouth. So you're basically airtight. Yeah. And that scene was directed by
39:43Johnny Darko. Oh, and just so people know, this I Am Angela showcase, it's a full length documentary.
39:49And it's also it also has four sex scenes directed by four different directors. And each of those
39:54directors are Avian Hall of Fame directors. They're legends in this industry. They're all
40:00old school Evil Angel directors, too. So there's a very old school feel to this movie. Right. So
40:05the first scene is directed by Johnny Darko. The second scene is a it's a lesbian POV scene directed
40:13by Dana Vispoli. So Dana Vispoli had had a line called a lesbian anal POV, I think it was called,
40:20for Evil Angel. And she's no longer with Evil, but she was willing to come back as a director
40:25for this special movie in this special scene. So that was with her and Joanna Angel. And then the
40:30third scene is the TS scene with Janelle Santini, directed by Joey Silvera. And then the fourth
40:35scene, which we'll get to, it's crazy, is with Rocco Soffredi, directed by none other than
40:44the owner and founder of Evil Angel, Batman himself, John Stagliano.
40:49Yes.
40:50So but we can we can rewind, go back to the first scene, which is-
40:54I know. I feel like we got to talk about the Rocco scene last.
40:57Yeah.
40:57That's definitely the most intense one. So also, too, I want to get to a little bit about
41:03what, you know, because you had a couple of other people who were interviewed
41:07about you, Asa Akira, Mark Spiegler. And what I really loved was, you know, when Asa was being
41:15interviewed about you, it kind of struck me about how you are very much about empowering other
41:22women. And you're not that kind of- because there's a lot of girls in this business that
41:26are super competitive and really like to put each other down. And you're definitely somebody who
41:32seems to really seek to unify the industry, which I think is really great. And I felt that that was
41:36very much reflected in what Asa was saying about you. So what are your views on that?
41:44Well, I feel like we really need to be unified. This is- we need to be part of a community.
41:50And we're already so maligned and hated by the outside world. Well, not all aspects,
41:55but you know, there's so much shame in our society when it comes to sex. And when you
41:59commodify sex and when you are empowered and use your own body in whatever way that you want,
42:05if you sell sex in whatever form, you're going to be maligned even further than if you're just
42:11expressing your sexuality without commodifying it. And that's another reason why I love shows like
42:17AVN, because it's an opportunity for us to celebrate each other and celebrate our industry
42:22and the good that we do for ourselves and for the community. Because if we don't celebrate us,
42:27who's going to? Everybody loves to watch porn. But nobody wants to admit it.
42:31Yeah. So and nobody's going to fight for us, but us.
42:35Right.
42:36So that's why I feel like community is so important. And it's just part of my history as
42:41well. Like coming into the porn industry, being in this adult community with like-minded peers
42:49and sex positive people, it's the first time in my life where I felt like I can truly be myself,
42:54where I've truly felt accepted, accepted as the sexual being that I am and supported in the sex
43:01that I want to have. And I was not supported in high school growing up. I was criticized for
43:08every way that I expressed my sexuality. So in porn, I can finally speak my truth. I can be who
43:15I am. I can just genuinely be me without worrying. And I want everyone in the industry to feel that
43:22way. So, yeah, I mean, I would say that there is some competitiveness. But it's not as bad as
43:31maybe other industries, to be honest. I think that I think Tommy Pissle actually made a good
43:37point when he accepted his AVN award at the start of the year. He said, you know,
43:42we're a family, but we're a fucked up family. Yeah.
43:44Like there is a sense of camaraderie, community. We can always endeavor to do better to support
43:50one another. But I think that we're doing a good job.
43:54I think we are. I think there's been a lot. I've noticed, I feel like a shift on social media
43:59about people in the industry supporting each other. I think especially after, you know,
44:03some of the tragic deaths that we experienced last year. You know, I think that people have
44:08recognized how much support, you know, all of us need from each other. And I think that that's been
44:15a really positive response. So should we talk about Rocco?
44:22Let's talk about Rocco.
44:25So Rocco is, for those of you who don't know, Rocco Saffredi is definitely a legend in this
44:30industry. He's somebody, actually, my mom used to shoot a lot back in the day. My mom shot his
44:34Playgirl layout. And she shot him a lot for, you know, all the magazine layouts that she did. This
44:41is back before the internet, obviously, and when you were shooting. So back in the day before the
44:47internet came along, my mom did mostly magazine work. And the magazines were a soft core. There
44:52was no penetration in any of them. There were a lot of, like, pretty strict rules, because,
44:58you know, different states had different obscenity laws. And, you know, Canada had an entirely
45:03different set of rules. So you couldn't actually show penetration. And so a lot of times,
45:09girls who would do boy-girl magazine sets wouldn't actually shoot porn. They were, like,
45:14adult models. I mean, you talk, you know, now there's a lot more intermingling of different
45:21types of work. But back then, it was very structured. Like, you were a porn star, or you
45:25were, like, an adult model. And these are, like, two totally different things. So there were girls
45:30that would do these boy-girl scenes, but they would never do porn, because they would never
45:35do the penetration. So they would pose with a guy with, like, a half-wimped dick, you know,
45:41and that was, like, okay, but they wouldn't actually do the sex scene. But Rocco was so
45:47charming and just so, you know, kind of overwhelming that some of these girls would
45:53actually let him, like, fuck them in between shots. And occasionally, my mom would get a couple of
46:00those shots of the penetration, but she could never use it, right? So we'd have to edit out
46:05those slides – we shot on film – we'd have to edit out those slides and submit to the magazines
46:10all the pictures where his penis, like, wasn't in it. And again, these are girls who were not
46:14porn stars, you know? They were adult models. They would never do porn. So later, actually,
46:20when the internet, you know, came along and then, you know, the rules changed, these little photos
46:25that my mom had of these girls allowing Rocco to slip it in for a couple of shots were just,
46:31like, absolute pure gold because, you know, it was, like, this exception that they made for this
46:37incredibly charismatic man. And obviously, you experienced that because in the scene,
46:45Rocco literally walks in, Angela comes out of makeup, she's got her hair back in clips,
46:51they greet each other, and they just start fucking, like, right away. And Rosalind was
46:56doing makeup, right? She must have been back there, like, motherfucker! Like, I know exactly
47:01what she was doing, like, forget it. Forget it! I was almost done with her face!
47:05ANGELA She did my makeup three times, like, basically from scratch.
47:09RACHEL Thank God she's such a great woman and has such a positive,
47:14amazing attitude because I could see some other people getting real pissed.
47:18ANGELA I think she found it a little bit amusing. Like, annoying and amusing,
47:22but I think she saw the fun in it. But yeah, she told me that I was being bad. She roused
47:27me at one point. I couldn't help it. He's just, he is so charismatic. And there is this incredible
47:36presence with Rocco. When he walks in the room, it's not just the women that look, it's the men.
47:42Everybody wants to be near Rocco. So yeah, it was an incredible day, an incredible scene.
47:50We fucked so many times before we even started the scene, and it was just crazy. It was insane.
47:58The most insane scene I've ever done, the roughest scene, the most insane. Beforehand,
48:04the lead up was just insane because he ends up sticking it in my butt without even spitting on it.
48:10And he's huge. He's a huge cock. But this man, like, he's a machine, and he's 54 or something.
48:17And he was pulling out some positions I had not seen before. I was like, that reverse
48:24titty fucking thing. I was like, what? What's going on here? He fucks harder and longer than
48:32some of these new 18-year-olds. He is an absolute machine. His sexual drive, his sexual energy,
48:40his presence, everything is just so intense with him. And the way his eyes burn when he looks at
48:48you. I've heard some other girls say that sometimes they find that the European performers tend to
48:57have that kind of intensity that sometimes American performers don't have as much.
49:03Yeah. I mean, all my favorite male performers happen to be European.
49:09And Marcus Dupree, who's kind of like the new big stud on campus, came from boot camp Rocco.
49:16Yeah, he was trained by Rocco.
49:17He credits Rocco with teaching him everything he knows,
49:21and Marcus is probably one of the strongest performers in our industry today.
49:25Yeah, absolutely.
49:27Okay, so he came in. You guys had sex right away. And it's hilarious, too,
49:31because John Sagliano is just like, he's like, what? I'm trying to, what happened?
49:37I haven't even started shooting yet. I don't have my camera. And he's on his phone. He's like,
49:41what's going on here? And so there was that. And then they finally stopped you and did your
49:46makeup again. And then during photos, did you guys just go nuts again, too?
49:50So they finally, so yeah, the crew started freaking out because Chris didn't have
49:54the microphone on the camera. So we came out and started fucking, but nobody knew that he
50:00was going to have energy to continue fucking me later for the scene.
50:03That's always the biggest concern.
50:06And so Chris obviously wanted to film it, but he didn't have a mic on his camera. And so that's
50:10when John got his phone. He's like, I'll get audio with my phone. It was chaos. It was absolute
50:14madness. And everybody was freaking out, and they were trying to get us off of each other,
50:17and it was just impossible.
50:19Was that the one time that you let go of your professionalism,
50:23perfectionism, and you were just like, fuck it, I'm going to enjoy the moment?
50:27Well, this was such a unique opportunity, because if people have watched the Netflix
50:32documentary on Rocco, they know that he actually retired. So he is back shooting some scenes now,
50:39but he planned on retiring. He did a whole Netflix documentary about his retirement.
50:44I didn't realize that was on Netflix. I've seen the trailer for it,
50:47but I didn't realize it was on Netflix.
50:48Definitely recommend you watching it. It's incredible, and it definitely gives you
50:51an insight into his mind and his sexuality and somewhat tormented sexuality. It's very,
50:58very interesting.
50:59I can imagine. I mean, when you've got that kind of strong sexuality, and it's been such a huge
51:05driving part of your life, it's also got to be a tough thing to let go of. I mean, I know my mom,
51:12when she retired, I mean, just letting, not her sexuality, but being Suze Randall and who she was
51:19and the icon that she was, it was a very difficult thing for her to let go, because that was
51:24wrapped up so much in who she was as a person.
51:27Her identity.
51:28Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
51:30Well, Rocco clearly, I mean, he tried to retire. He's back shooting some movies in Budapest,
51:38but he had not been back to America to shoot. This is a very unique opportunity,
51:43because Rocco has never flown to America just to shoot one scene with one girl.
51:48Right, right.
51:48He's come over and shoot a bunch of movies, but this was crazy. He even says in the documentary,
51:53I thought it was, in his sexy accent, I thought it was a crazy idea to come over and shoot
51:57with one girl for one scene, for one movie. And so this was such a unique opportunity that when
52:03our chemistry was like crazy straight off the bat, I was like, you know what? I'm just going
52:08to go with this. I don't care. I don't care.
52:11Were you nervous going into it that maybe you wouldn't have that or something? I mean,
52:15he flew out all the way to shoot this scene. I mean, what was going through your head?
52:21There was a lot of pressure. I felt like there was a lot of pressure. I didn't think there would be
52:25no chemistry, because I had actually met him at AVN. So that was the first time we went,
52:31at AVN this year, and it was like five minutes that we saw each other. But even then, I felt the
52:37connection immediately. The way he looked at me, the way we felt, there was so much tension between
52:44us. And I think that that is probably the reason that he agreed to come out here. I know he
52:49mentions in the documentary the wins that I got at AVN and the way people talked about me, but
52:54that moment when we met at AVN on the floor and we just connected so quickly, I just knew that
53:01there would be chemistry. But still, there's a lot of pressure to have someone fly across the globe
53:07just to fuck you. It's like, wow, you better make it good. Yeah, I can imagine. But I feel like
53:15there's a lot of pressure on him too. I don't know. Asa said this to me. I'm not sure if it
53:18made it. I can't remember if it made it into the documentary, but she said, imagine everybody
53:23thinks that you're responsible, in Rocco's case, of giving women the best sexual experience of
53:28their life. So imagine having that pressure on you, like I'm the man, that this girl,
53:33this woman is expecting me to fuck her in a way that she will never forget. And he always has
53:39that hanging over his head. So I think that we both probably felt the pressure to make sure this
53:44was incredible. But at the same time, you can't worry about it because when you start worrying
53:49when it comes to sex, you clam up. You're not yourself. Your nerves get the better of you. So I
53:54was continuously trying to just relax, be myself. Anyway, he wanted to come to fuck me because of
53:59who I am. So I needed to just be myself. Yeah, just be myself. Yeah. So overall,
54:07I'm assuming you were happy with the way that I Am Angela came out?
54:10Yes. Incredible. Incredible. It was such a unique project and such an incredible project to be part
54:17of. And the thing that I'm most proud of with this movie is that it's really, truly humanizing.
54:23And not just for me, it's of the whole community. There's interviews with all the directors,
54:33with all the performers that are involved. And you really see a human side to the industry. And
54:38you see us as full beings. You see what goes on before a shoot actually happens. You see
54:46the negotiation. You see me getting tested. You really learn about the industry. And I think that
54:52it gives fans a look at me and who I am more so than any other project that I've ever done.
55:00Yeah. I noticed that when I was watching it, how... I mean, we work so hard in porn to create
55:07this fantasy, right? Which is fine. I mean, that's what it's there for. But sometimes I feel like
55:12viewers... Not sometimes. A lot of the times I feel like viewers get a really... Just the wrong
55:18idea about what it's really like in the porn industry. What these people are really like.
55:24What the process before we shoot a scene is like. And I think it's so... I think it was really great
55:31to give people that insider's perspective to see the discussing consent and the care to know what
55:40the other performer liked to do, didn't like, the testing, and just the whole setup. And like you
55:48said, humanizing the people behind the industry. And I think it also helped that you chose very
55:56well-spoken, eloquent people to talk about it. And yeah, it just came off... I don't know.
56:04I mean, obviously I had nothing to do with it, but watching it, it made me feel proud of this
56:08industry. And that's why I just think you're such a great example. And I know I've said this
56:14a million times, but it's people like you that really, I think, are helping to push porn into
56:21a new era and really showing everybody it's not what people think it is. So I just think that
56:29projects like this are really important. Beth Dombkowski
56:31Thank you. That means a lot to hear you say that. Thank you very much.
56:35And I hope fans enjoy it. And like you said, they see things in this movie that maybe is important
56:43for them to see. For example, they see the affection that Rocco has for me. We do an
56:47incredibly rough scene, but then you see afterwards, we hug and there's an affection.
56:52You see the way that I interact with Steve Holmes and Marcus Dupree and Mick Blue. And yeah,
56:59in a few minutes, they're going to be sticking two dicks in my butthole. But you see there's a love
57:04and care and affection between performers. And yeah, I want viewers to know that. I want viewers
57:11to know that this is an incredible, safe environment to explore your sexuality. And
57:16yeah, I really encourage fans to buy and watch the movie.
57:21Beth Dombkowski Most importantly, to buy it.
57:24To buy it.
57:25Beth Dombkowski Support. Your favorite stars
57:28pay for your porn, people. It's worth it. It's worth it.
57:31I think it definitely is. There's a lot of porn out there that I'll admit is not worth paying for.
57:35Angela Bidarco This is like four and a half hours. So
57:39there's a lot of content, a lot of interesting things.
57:43Beth Dombkowski And you put a lot of
57:44work into it. I know that you edited it as well.
57:46Angela Bidarco Not this one. So Angela Bidarco,
57:50I edited some. This was actually Ricky. So shout out to Ricky. I helped in other ways,
57:56but the editing is really credit goes to Ricky.
57:59Beth Dombkowski Good to know. Because I do know that you
58:01edit a lot of your stuff. Which I just can't bring myself to do. I can't bring myself to
58:05teach myself to edit. I just can't. Once I've shot the scene, I don't want to ever see it again.
58:09Angela Bidarco Then I advise that you don't,
58:11because you want this to be a creative endeavor for you. And you don't want to do something that
58:15makes you feel bored. Beth Dombkowski
58:17Yeah. I just feel like though, if I edited my own stuff, it would make me a much
58:21better shooter. But I just don't want to.
58:25Angela Bidarco So why don't you just sit with your editor
58:28for a couple of scenes? Because then you'll know. You'll understand. You'll see the things that are
58:32frustrating him and what you could do better. And you don't have to edit. You just sit with
58:36him for a couple of hours and done. Beth Dombkowski
58:39Good advice. Well, thank you so much for coming on, Angela. It's always such a pleasure to see you.
58:44Angela Bidarco Thank you for having me back.
