Here's the result of the Winchester count with Steve Brine of the Liberal Democrats comfortably seeing off the challenge of Conservative Flick Drummond.

00:00Good morning, everybody. This is a declaration of result of poll for the election of a Member of Parliament for Winchester.
00:08I, Laura-Jane Taylor, being the Acting Attorney Officer of the above election, do hereby give notice that the number of votes recorded for each candidate at the civil election is as follows.
00:21Balfour, Chris, 142.
00:30Chambers, Danny, Liberal Democrats, 29,939.
00:37De Fruys, Kevin, Independent, 127.
00:56Davies, Andrew, Social Democrat Party, 146.
01:02Dawson, Howard-Louise, Labour Party, 3,023.
01:11John Flint, Conservative Party candidate, 16,118.
01:33Estelle, Green Party, 2,740.
01:42Henry, Andy, Country Independence, 44.
01:51Whelan, Shaw, Reform UK, 4,797.
01:58There were 185 ballot papers which were rejected, 161 being unmarked or Home Board for Uncertainty, 24 voting for more than one candidate.
02:16The electorate was 78,289 and there were 57,261 ballot papers issued. The turnout was 73.2%.
02:29And I do hereby declare that Danny Chambers is duly elected.
