00:00It was very important for me to see the level of demand and the professionalism and relentless
00:05courtesy of the staff in trying to meet that demand because it's well above capacity as
00:10everybody knows. It's important to me to get out and about and to see social care, to see
00:14primary care, to see secondary care because there's so many moving parts and you can look
00:18at one and say there's a solution but you've got to understand the impact that may have
00:23on somewhere else. And in terms of hospitals, it's about the flow.
00:26Look, it's really important that we get the ability to showcase the good things in health
00:32at the moment but also see where the difficulties lie and there's no doubt he's got a lot of
00:37difficult challenges ahead in which to face in terms of finance but also in terms of decisions
00:44on how we deliver healthcare going forward.
00:48So that urgent care centre has been part of our consultation when we relocated the minor
00:52injuries from ARDS and Bangor and that next phase of work will allow us to see more patients
01:00that typically would have been seen in the emergency department in the urgent care space
01:03and help improve timely quality care for patients who come to our centre.
