00:20From 2007 to 2018, the government's infrastructure projects worth Php 6.6 billion were awarded to CLTG Builders and Alfredo Builders and Supply.

00:35The company was owned by the father and half-brother of Senator Bong Go.

00:40Former Senator Antonio Trillanes filed a plunder complaint against former President Rodrigo Duterte and Go

00:47because of their collusion to get some big contracts from Go's family from Davao local government.

00:54This is a clear plunder and all elements of the plunder charge are included in this case.

01:04The way the plunder is defined by law, if your family was harmed by ill-gotten wealth.

01:14Earlier this morning, Trillanes went to the Department of Justice

01:18to file a plunder complaint against Duterte, Go and the father and half-brother of Go.

01:25He just filed the complaint because he thinks that the justice system of the Duterte administration will not be fair.

01:33This has nothing to do with his plan to run in the 2025 elections.

01:39When I asked him why he filed the complaint against DOJ and not Ombudsman.

01:44First of all, because there is a concurrent jurisdiction.

01:47We believe that DOJ has more access to various agencies to validate the documents that we filed against DPWH, DTI and COA.

02:03Go refused the accusation, but he was welcomed to file the case

02:09so that he will be able to resolve the always recycled issues against him.

02:13He did not regret that his family has a business.

02:18He also promised that his family will not benefit from his government.

02:24The former presidential legal advisor,

02:29was publicly stunted by Trillanes.
