Heritage Foundation President Kevin Roberts, the leader of a conservative think tank, suggested there will be a "second American Revolution" as Republicans are "taking the country back." Heritage Foundation spearheads "Project 2025", a plan to overhaul the federal government if Republicans win in 2024, replacing thousands of civil servants with Trump loyalists. The leader said the revolution would remain "bloodless if the left allows it to be." Democrats criticized this as threatening. Project 2025 also aims to dismantle aspects protecting the LGBTQ community and infuse more Christianity in society.
