00:00You are an Olympian, what does that mean to you?
00:03It means the world. I didn't think I would get there and I finally made it.
00:08Tell me a little bit about what you've done over the last few months in order to get there.
00:13You've improved from 222 to 234 to 230 and all that sort of stuff. Tell me how that's been.
00:18So the last few months quitting my apprenticeship job in August and then just focusing training full time
00:25and just trying to get as much competition as I can in.
00:29What are you going to do leading into the Olympics?
00:31Leading into the Olympics I'll be heading off and doing the Diamond Leagues in Monaco and London.
00:35Has it sunk in?
00:37No, not yet really. Probably once I get overseas then it's like, wow.
00:42It's a big pair of shoes though.
00:44Yeah, I need to get a new pair.
00:47Tell me a little bit about your form though leading up. Have you been happy with the way your form's been?
00:51Yeah, I've definitely been happy and I'm definitely looking forward to being in a stage where my back's against the wall
01:00where I have to be like, oh damn I've got to jump this to get to first place or whatever.
01:05What are your goals then? I think probably 235, 237 or probably medals. You're not far away.
01:11Yeah, I'm not far away but my first initial goal would be to at least get 230 plus in Monaco.
