00:00Assalamu alaikum viewers, how are you?
00:02My name is Dr. Muhammad Ishaan Aslam Kitchi
00:04I am a medical specialist and rheumatologist
00:06and we are running a series of videos on different diseases
00:11The disease we are going to talk about today is a special disease of joints
00:15which is called gantria and in English it is called rheumatoid arthritis
00:19This is a disease in which the patient's joints start to feel pain and itch
00:25Remember that even in one joint, pain and itch can be a sign of gantria
00:31but mostly in 95% of people, when more than 3 or 4 joints are involved, we feel itch
00:40So any patient who has pain in different joints, especially in the small joints of the hand
00:45pain in the wrists, pain in the ankles, pain in the small joints of the feet
00:51This pain is usually more in the morning
00:54It can last the whole day but mostly in the night or in the morning
00:59and when he wakes up in the morning, his wrists do not feel tight
01:03and as he walks and works, his itch slowly decreases
01:07So such patients who have joint pain or itch can have gantria
01:13Remember that gantria is a disease of joints because it is very common
01:17The rheumatologist will examine whether it is rheumatoid arthritis
01:23or some other disease that is causing joint pain
01:26but usually joint pain is a sign of rheumatoid arthritis
01:31So the most important thing to keep in mind is that we should not waste our time
01:36We should see a rheumatologist as soon as possible
01:40If we go to a rheumatologist within the first 3 to 6 months
01:45then the chance of joint pain is zero
01:54If we delay it, first we keep showing it to the local doctors
01:58or take an over-the-counter pain killer
02:00People have a friend who has gone to the shop or medical store
02:03What is the need to show it to the doctor?
02:05I told him that I have pain, he gave me 4-5 painkillers
02:07So taking painkillers will stop our pain
02:11But the gantria in our joints will continue and our joints will start to get crooked
02:16So the most important thing is to get gantria examined and take gantria medicines
02:21so that when we take it, the swelling in the joints does not become swollen
02:26and we do not have to take painkillers
02:28Hopefully, I hope that when any of you have joint pain
02:33instead of taking painkillers, you will show it to a professional rheumatologist
02:38We will get it examined and treat the disease
02:41We will not treat the pain, but we will treat the disease
02:44so that we do not have pain and we do not have to take painkillers
02:48Do subscribe to my channel and like this video
