00:00J. Y. Let's look at the roster now for Team USA. You mentioned
00:07some of the weaknesses. Here's a projected depth chart of sorts.

00:22can't knock the confidence of that young man. The Ant-Man,
00:25LeBron James, Kevin Durant, and then Joel Embiid at the
00:29center spot. When you look at the roster and the 12 guys that
00:33will make up the dream team in 2024, who would you start at
00:37each spot, one through five? Well, I would go with Steph at
00:43the point. Obviously, too, that's one of the big
00:45toss-ups. Is it Booker or Ant-Man? I kind of like Ant-Man's
00:49confidence, to be honest with you, so I'd probably go with Ant.
00:51Small four, we would go with LeBron. Power four, another
00:55tough one. Do you go with, you know, I think they're going to
00:58do the loyalty factor at first and that'll be Durant. Now, the
01:01center position is where it gets interesting to me because
01:05it's almost like three different kind of guys,
01:10right? Like, low-post threat, Embiid, you know, a guy that is
01:14a freaky athletic, Anthony Davis, who is probably the best
01:18defender, Bam Adebayo. I think the center position and even the
01:23whole combination, Ben, can be predicated on, ready, who we
01:27play. If we play, if we play a team, you know, like France,
01:32there's no way you can't go with two bigs off the jump. So
01:36that could probably be, to me, probably Bam or Adebayo along
01:40with, you know, Joel at center. Then you move LeBron to the
01:43small four position and then you play from there. So to me,
01:46while you have a set starting lineup, I do think if you're
01:51Steve Kerr, you have to look at matchups, look at what other
01:54teams do well and counteract that because that is the key
01:58also, getting off to good starts because when you're an
02:00American team, you want to punish teams early. You don't
02:04want to give teams hope that they can hang around, hang
02:07around. So you've got to be flexible in your starting
02:10lineup, Ben, and who you put out there based off who you play
02:14to give yourself the best start and also the best chance to win.
