00:19their taxi drivers are asking for a raise in their flag down rate.

00:25It's just the beginning of the day, but for Juraldin,

00:32it's time to go home after the taxi driver's hard work since yesterday.

00:37No matter how hard he works, he still earns less and less every day because of the expensive gasoline.

00:45The current flag down rate of 40 pesos is not enough,

00:49that's why his taxi driver is asking for a 20 pesos increase in the flag down rate.

01:27The Philippine National Taxi Operators Association has been protesting for two years
