07:38or if its a suspected transaction
07:40or it cannot be clarified
07:42from where the money came
07:44There is a lack of money
07:46because they only reported on 2024
07:48I suspect that
07:50These banks also have this kind of scheme.
07:54Last Wednesday, AMLOC filed a money laundering case against individual and corporations that freeze their accounts.
08:01Campo Nigro also announced the issuance of bank accounts, which are confidential and under the Bank Secrecy Law and Data Privacy Act.
08:09The committee in the Senate asked for an arrest order against GO, even though the Senate hasn't issued one yet.
08:15The Bureau of Immigration also monitored it.
08:18So far, on our records, Mayor Aris Guwo and Guwo Huaping, we haven't seen any recent travel records of them outside the country.
08:27We also haven't seen any recent travel records from their associates.
08:31Although we remember that the issue is just a lookout bulletin.
08:36For now, it means that those who are listed there can still go out of the country.
08:42For GMA Integrated News, Mav Gonzalez, Nakatutok, 24 Hours.
08:4813 flights were delayed in Panibagong Aberia in Naia Terminal 3 earlier.
08:54An airplane crashed on the ramp and hit a tree.
08:59Mark Salazar is live on the latest there.
09:03Mark.
09:08Vicky, well the update is that passengers are allowed to fly and land here in Naia Terminal 3.
09:17This is the terminal that was affected when you mentioned, Vicky, that 13 flights were delayed
09:24because of the crash of an airplane of Cebu Pacific in Damuhan.
09:33The sun didn't rise earlier when the Cebu Pacific Air A321 aircraft fell off the ramp and crashed in Damuhan,
09:41as it was about to fly to the bay.
09:43No one was hurt, especially the crew and passengers who were not on board, according to the Manila International Airport Authority.
09:50But because of what happened, Bay 110 was closed until Bay 112.
09:56Six arrival flights and seven departure flights were delayed.
10:00Cebu Pacific said that flight delays were due to ramp congestion,
10:05or the length of the queue of airplanes that will use the ramp.
10:09The MIAA asked for clarification while their aircraft recovery team was removing the airplane from Damuhan.
10:16Before 2 p.m., the crashed airplane was pulled to the Airline Operations Center.
10:27And before 3 p.m., Vicky, you won't be able to see the delayed flights
10:33on their electronic flight information display.
10:37Vicky.
10:38Thank you very much, Mark Salazar.
10:42The nationwide gun ban will be implemented on July 22,
10:47the day of the 3rd State of the Nation Address of President Bongbong Marcos.
10:52All permits to carry firearms outside of residence will be suspended
10:57until 12 p.m. on the night of July 22.
11:02If no one is watching, the PNP will not be insured.
11:0722,000 policemen will be deployed to watch.
11:1311 of the family members who were in the salpukal of the pickup and bus in Cagayan were injured.
11:18Overloaded pickups are coming out while CCTV is being investigated in the incident.
11:25Ivey Hernando of GMA Regional TV is in touch.
11:32In the CCTV footage captured by the police,
11:35you can see a bus arriving in this part of Abulug, Cagayan.
11:40Later, you can also see the direct crossing of the pickup on the road that went back to the salpukan.
11:47In another angle of the CCTV,
11:49you can see several victims who jumped and hit the pickup.
11:54According to the PNP,
11:56it is impossible for the driver of the pickup not to know that they are at the intersection of the National Highway.
12:02If you are at the highway, it should be an intersection.
12:05You need to wear a helmet.
12:0711 of the family members who were at home,
12:09and neighbors in the town of Alacapan,
12:12were injured, especially from the impact of the incident.
12:18There was only a funeral, ma'am.
12:21We were just about to say goodbye to our family.
12:29It was painful for us.
12:31We lost our family.
12:34In the middle of the investigation,
12:36the family decided to seek justice.
12:39We will continue, ma'am.
12:42To help us,
12:44especially their relatives,
12:47there is nothing we can do, ma'am.
12:52I can only help us.
12:55I have a son.
12:57I can't let my son go to jail, ma'am.
13:00I can only help us until there is a burial.
13:04The driver of the bus who was going back to the hospital has not been released yet.
13:08But according to the bus company,
13:10it is ready to help the injured.
13:13The municipality of Alacapan will also help.
13:17The PNP has also reached out to DPWH, LTO, and HPG
13:22regarding the placement of traffic signages in the area.
13:26From GMA Regional TV and GMA Integrated News,
13:30Ivy Hernando,
13:32for 24 Hours.
13:35Japanese Ambassador Endo Kazuya
13:38gave an exclusive interview
13:40to some members of the Reciprocal Access Agreement, or RAA,
13:44which is a VFA agreement
13:46to allow Japanese soldiers to enter the country.
13:50He also said that, like the Philippines,
13:53Japan will continue to protect its territory.
13:56Here is my exclusive interview.
14:00Just this Monday, the Philippines and Japan signed
14:04the Reciprocal Access Agreement, or RAA.
14:07This is the agreement that will allow
14:10Japanese soldiers to enter the Philippines,
14:13which is almost like the VFA of the Philippines and America.
14:17The entire details of this agreement are planned.
14:20But in my exclusive interview
14:23with Japanese Ambassador to the Philippines, Endo Kazuya,
14:26he gave an insight into the contents of the agreement.
14:30We would like to contribute to the peace,
14:33peace of the Philippines.
14:35We are doing our best to follow the Japanese knowledge
14:38how we can protect the territory of the Philippines.
14:41The RAA is said to be the equivalent of the VFA,
14:44which the Philippines has with the United States.
14:47But one of the more controversial provisions of the VFA
14:50is the matter of custody of foreign soldiers
14:53who commit wrongdoing.
14:55Now I'd like to know, how does the RAA treat cases like this?
14:59Under RAA, the authorities of Japan and the Philippines
15:03shall assist each other in the arrest of members of the forces,
15:09visiting forces, in the receiving states,
15:12and in handing them over to the authority,
15:15which is to exercise jurisdiction.
15:18Also, both countries shall assist each other
15:22in the carrying out of all necessary procedures,
15:25investigations into offenses allegedly committed
15:29by a member of the visiting force.
15:32Both countries are eligible to exercise their jurisdiction
15:37in accordance under Article 21 of the agreement.
15:42Endo said that there is a mechanism to determine
15:45who is the jurisdiction of the Japanese servicemen.
15:49Very simply, the sending state holds the primary jurisdiction
15:55of offenses arising out of any act or commission
16:02done in the performance of official duties.
16:05The receiving state can exercise a primary jurisdiction
16:09of offenses which are not related to official duties.
16:14Endo hopes that through the RAA,
16:17the assistance of the Philippines and Japan will be strengthened.
16:22Can you tell us how soon we can start seeing some activity
16:25as far as the RAA is concerned?
16:27It depends on the approval process of our respective Congress
16:32and Diet in the respective countries.
16:35But I hope that we can further promote the defense
16:39and security cooperation in the near future.
16:42In my interview, I asked Endo about China's statement
16:46that Japan should not interfere in the talks between the Philippines
16:50and China regarding the West Philippine Sea.
16:53That was after Japan condemned the aggressive action
16:57of the China Coast Guard in the Philippine Navy
17:00where a Filipino soldier was cut off his finger.
17:05China issued a statement saying that Japan has no right
17:08to meddle in maritime issues between the Philippines
17:11and China. What's your government's reaction to this?
17:14Japan believes that the issue concerning the South China Sea
17:19is directly related to the peace and stability in the region
17:25and is a legitimate concern to all the parties
17:29of the international community.
17:31And thus Japan opposes any unilateral attempts
17:35to change the status quo by force or by coercive actions
17:40as well as any actions that will increase the tensions
17:44in the region.
17:46This is why Japan reiterated serious concerns
17:50over repeated actions which obstruct freedom of navigation
17:55and increase regional tensions including recent dangerous actions
17:59in Ayuginsho that resulted in damages to the Filipino vessel
18:06and injuries to the Filipinos on board.
18:09I'd like to know, what does Japan have to gain
18:12from making a stand as far as this issue is concerned?
18:15For us, upholding the rules-based maritime order
18:20in this region particularly is in the interest of Japan
18:24and it is very much important for us to support the country
18:30that is respecting the rules of law in the maritime sphere.
18:35I'd like to know, Mr. Ambassador, what can the Philippines
18:38learn from Japan as far as dealing with the situation is concerned?
18:42I think we are facing various similar challenges
18:46in the maritime sphere, East China Sea, South China Sea,
18:53but at the same time, the situation in Japan
18:59and in the Philippines are not exactly identical, of course.
19:05Japan and China have established some frameworks
19:10like including fishery treaties or the rescue agreements
19:18between the two countries, so that might be something
19:21that we can work together.
19:25Today marks the 8th anniversary of the arbitral ruling
19:31on the non-visa of the 9-line claim of China.
19:35Despite that, China's harassment of the sea continues.
19:39Joseph Moro has the final say.
19:45It's been 8 years since the Philippines won against China
19:48in the Permanent Court of Arbitration
19:50in the West Philippine Sea.
19:52But until now, China does not recognize
19:55that the hard work paid off
19:57in these violent actions on June 17.
20:02The Philippines and China have discussed
20:04under the bilateral consultation mechanism
20:06where both sides have said that they will de-escalate
20:09or ease tensions.
20:10Not much details were released in the call to the meeting.
20:13According to the Foreign Affairs Undersecretary,
20:15Maria Teresa Lazaro,
20:16the two countries' agreement is continuous.
20:19It's a work in progress.
20:20But if China will get down on saying goodbye
20:23or reduce the rotation and resupply missions
20:25in the West Philippine Sea,
20:27if China imposes...
20:30We will never agree to that.
20:40We don't want war.
20:41RORE will continue.
20:42As the President said,
20:43this is regular, routinary activity
20:47because it is our right to resupply our troops
20:50in BRP Sere Madre no matter what happens.
20:55According to National Security Advisor,
20:57Secretary Eduardo Año,
20:58it's not just a piece of paper.
21:00The Arbitral Award won by the Philippines
21:02against China
21:03lost the visa to its 9-line claim.
21:06In Año's speech
21:07in front of various ambassadors
21:09on the 8th anniversary of the arbitral ruling,
21:12he said that this is the center
21:14of the Foreign Affairs and Security of the country.
21:17This is the reason
21:18why the operations in the West Philippine Sea
21:20will continue.
21:22There are many ways how to enforce the law.
21:24We will not be deterred in continuing
21:26to rotate our troops
21:27and to provide them with our appropriate supplies.
21:30The ambassadors of America, France, Canada, Japan, and Australia
21:34also played their part
21:35in supporting the position of the Philippines.
21:37The Philippines is most grateful
21:39to the opposition against China
21:41because this is the basis for their security policy.
21:46Japan will provide five additional 97-meter class MRRVs
21:50to the PCG
21:52under the 23 billion pesos
21:54Official Development Assistance Loan
21:56arrangement of the two countries
21:57to strengthen the Philippine's security
21:59in the South China Sea.
22:01The Philippine Coast Guard
22:02cried out to the fishermen
22:03like Mang Leonardo Quaresma
22:05who came from Zambales
22:06hoping for their help.
22:08We are worried.
22:09First of all, we can see
22:11what is happening to our Philippine Coast Guard
22:14that they are also being hurt.
22:16It was proven in recent times
22:19that there are Coast Guard ships
22:22in the fishing grounds.
22:25For GMA Integrated News,
22:26Joseph Morong,
22:27for 24 Hours.
22:33Good evening Kapuso!
22:35The countdown continues
22:36in anticipation of the gathering
22:37of the brightest Kapuso and Sparkle Stars
22:40at the GMA Gala 2024.
22:42For others,
22:43there is already a story
22:44about the participants
22:45in the red carpet.
22:47Let's talk to Nelson Canlas.
22:55The pre-gala party of Sparkle last night
22:57was chill and very intimate.
22:59It's a way to strengthen
23:01the closeness of Kapuso and Sparkle Stars.
23:08The event was led by
23:10GMA Senior Vice President
23:12Atty. Annette Gozon-Valdez.
23:14You know, Nelson,
23:15there were so many excited artists
23:18in Sparkle
23:19and of course,
23:20the organizers were very excited.
23:22So this is like a more intimate gathering
23:25to talk about all our preparations,
23:28you know,
23:29what to expect,
23:30what they want to happen at the gala.
23:32So it's just like a sort of
23:35pre-bonding experience.
23:37At the pre-gala dinner last night,
23:39the artists were obviously excited
23:41to talk to their friends
23:43that they don't see often
23:45because of work.
23:46When you're together,
23:48what do you talk about?
23:50Work.
23:51Work.
23:52How are you?
23:54We really catch up.
23:56I'm a big fan of Encantadia.
23:58To be surrounded of course
24:00by these three,
24:01it's such an honor.
24:02Chismis?
24:03What is it?
24:05Me and Kalil,
24:06we both love film.
24:08Eight days to go
24:10before the gala night.
24:11The ladies are ready
24:13to shine on the red carpet.
24:15And the boys,
24:17they're in full support.
24:19I said,
24:20whatever she wants for her,
24:22whatever can shine for her,
24:24I'll follow.
24:25It's a great night to look beautiful
24:27with one another,
24:28to really dress up.
24:29For me, it's simple.
24:31I'm just a bodyguard.
24:32And look,
24:33I'm carrying my clothes
24:35when it gets dirty.
24:36But some women
24:38take a solo flight
24:39on the red carpet.
24:41Next time,
24:42when we have time.
24:44By choice.
24:45And it feels good.
24:46I feel like I don't need a partner.
24:49Kailin Alcantara,
24:51is Kobe Paras a date?
24:53He's been dating recently.
24:55Who's gonna be my date?
24:57Me, myself, and I.
24:59It's my first time walking alone.
25:00I cannot wait.
25:02It's such a big thing for me.

35:18No one knows who gave birth certificates to Davao del Sur.
35:23When JMA Regional TV went to their address,
35:27the Civil Register was suspended
35:30and signed the birth certificates of the birth certificates of Davao del Sur.
35:33Darlene Cai was there.
35:38No one in Santa Cruz, Davao del Sur initiated the local Civil Registry
35:43to issue birth certificates from 2018 to 2019
35:47based on the investigation of the NBI Davao Region.
35:50There were also many Filipino names used in 200 countries,
35:56most of which are Chinese nationals.
35:58It's very hard for us to identify them
36:00because the names here are Filipino names
36:02and the owners are Chinese.
36:04It's hard to identify them.
36:05Mostly in Luzon, not here in Davao.
36:07The birth certificates obtained
36:09were given to the first and last employees of the illegal POGO Hub.
36:13I encountered many incidents like this in Pampanga when I was assigned.
36:18Most of the people we caught were here in Davao del Sur.
36:22The Municipality suspended the Civil Registrar
36:25who signed the birth certificates.
36:27This is an independent investigation but it also helps the authorities.
36:30The NBI is also preparing the case that will be filed against the registrar.
36:35Jimmy Regional TV 1 Mindanao also visited several barangays
36:39where according to the NBI,
36:40two of the Chinese were given birth certificates.
36:45But the barangay doesn't know them.
36:47I didn't see anyone who signed the birth certificate.
36:49They just signed it.
36:50According to the NBI,
36:52there were many incidents like this
36:54and it's possible that both of them
36:56are related to the Filipino birth certificate of Bamban Mayor Alice Goh.
37:00According to the NBI, it's Goh Waping.
37:02The 100 birth certificates of the Pacificados
37:07from 2018 to 2019.
37:09There are still more birth certificates from 2018 to 2024.
37:13For the NBI and the Bureau of Immigration,
37:16it's clear that it's a threat to national security
37:19because the Peking Identity Sacrament can be used
37:22according to the Bureau of Immigration.
37:24The Foreign National is missing from the purview of the Immigration
37:27if he is a Filipino.
37:30These documents can be used for various kinds of fraud.
