00:29So this brain break is called mirrors.
00:31What you want to do is have your students sit right in front of one another, bring their
00:36hands up together, and they're going to mirror each other's movement.
00:40One person will start as the leader, and the other person will be the follower.
00:44Whatever the leader does, the follower tries to mirror.
00:48They can have a free range of motion here, move through some yoga poses, or just free
00:52movement.
00:53Then, when you give the cue, the partners can switch, and the leader becomes the follower
00:59and the follower becomes the leader.
01:08So now that we've gotten into our pairs, choose with your partner who wants to be the leader
01:12first and who wants to be the follower.
01:14I'll go first, okay?
01:16Alright, when you're ready, two arms come up.
