00:21For my exercise, in the morning about 6 o'clock I am waking up.

00:41physical exercise, then about 45 minutes pranayama, then half an hour walk, then in diet in the
00:57morning yellow vera juice, then wheatgrass green juice, then in the morning breakfast
01:09only fruit, 3-4 type of fruit, but fruit only.
01:16Then in the afternoon some green juice, salad, about say 150 grams minimum, and normal rice
01:26and vegetables.
01:32And after noon, 5 o'clock, 6 o'clock again some fruit.
01:38In the night, 8 o'clock, rice or anything, whatever prepared food, cooked food.
01:48So like that 4 times, so I am feeling very healthy.

02:01And really eater eats and I am non-eater, know and see.
