00:20Justinie, the flood has already reached several places in the town of Datu Montawal and Pagalungan in Maguindanao del Sur.

00:26However, the problem now is that some residents have thick mud in their houses.

00:31Due to the heavy rainfall, the State of Calamity has already declared the province of Maguindanao del Sur to use the Calamity Fund.

00:41The flood reached up to around midday yesterday in other parts here in Barangay Layong, Pagalungan, Maguindanao del Sur.

00:47Today, the flood has already subsided.

00:49The residents are already worried about the flood.

00:53Although the floods have gradually subsided in their homes, the problem now is the thick mud.

00:59The residents of Datu Montawal are still unable to return to their homes because there is still flood inside their homes.

01:05That is why they are sleeping on the side of the road using the trapeze that was made into a barong-barong.

01:10They are enduring the cold because they have no blanket.

01:12They are also cooking their food here.

01:15Due to the heavy rainfall, the State of Calamity has already declared the province of Maguindanao del Sur to use the Calamity Fund.

01:22The provincial government continues to distribute aid to Maguindanao del Sur,

02:30According to the PDRRMO Maguindanao del Sur,

02:3417 out of 24 provinces are affected by the flood.
