00:00Jack Black has released a statement after a lot of heat that he's been getting along with Kyle

00:34Terrible. Terrible. So a lot of people have been upset with this, especially with Jack Black.

00:42Jack Black is loved throughout the world. I don't think there's many people that dislike

00:45Jack Black. So this took me by surprise. This is the statement that he had to say.

00:50I was blindsided by what was said at the show on Sunday. I would never condone hate speech

00:56or encourage political violence in any form. After much reflection, I no longer feel it is

01:02appropriate to continue the Tenacious D tour and all future creative plans are on hold.

01:09I am grateful to the fans for their support and understanding.

01:18I was really disappointed that Jack was, you know, involved with this. And I know Kyle was

01:23the one that said it, but it seemed like this was something that was staged. That was just my

01:28opinion. He clearly said it was not. So I'm going to take the man for what he's saying. And, you

01:33know, I was always just fond of Jack Black. I've been a fan of him since probably day one, man. I

01:42love all the movies he's been in. Well, not all of them, but most of them. I've even been on set

01:46for a School of Rocks for two days in Staten Island. And it was a blast. I was around him for

01:52like 12 hour days and he was awesome. And I just never thought that he would actually like be on

01:58that lane where like like violence is never the answer, man. I don't care how much you hate Trump,

02:04how much you hate Biden. Like that's not the answer. Violence like, you know, and it should

02:10never be that message there. And then the people cheering after it just kind of just gives off that

02:18energy like that was OK. And these guys are influences. People love them. They paid their

02:24money to see them. And they're clapping and they're cheering during the video, if you notice.

02:29And it's just it just sucks like that. This is the way of the world. So I'm glad that he did do that

02:35apology. You know, some are going to say it's sincere. Some are going to say he's just saving

02:41his ass, his career and whatnot. I don't know. Let me know how you feel. This is like free

02:47thinking over here. So just speak your mind. And I love that. I want to know what you're thinking.

02:52And Kyle, man, I was just bad taste, bro. I think I don't. Did he ruin his career or no? I don't

02:58think he ruined his career. And some people are going to say, dude, it's just dark humor. Relax.

03:04You know, but that was different, man. It was on TV. There was kids watching that. There was kids

03:10there. There was a guy that lost his life saving his kids, shielding them with his own body.

03:16Like there are certain things you don't joke about. And when it has to do with like a certain

03:21situation like that, that's just rocking the world like it could have been Biden and it would be the

03:28same reaction and vibe I would be getting just to make that clear. Like it just was foul. And I'm
