A classic of the early Tours, the Col Bayard was visited in every edition from 1905 til 1921. Decades later, Joaquim Rodriguez went first over the top in the Tour 2015, as the Spaniard was part of a breakaway that led to Romain Bardet's success in Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne.
And the Strava KOM over the 6.8km segment was set in 2018. Will it resist the Tour 2024?
