00:14often suffer abuse. When you're traveling long distance sometimes it's
00:19frustrating with cancellations and high fares if you've not booked in advance
00:24but for local services apart from the strike days. I think anyone that's still
00:29in school like up to 18 should have free travel you're still a student you're not
00:33voting until you're 18 so why are you having to pay for to get to your
00:36education. But if you're going say down to the Kent coast you can only use that
00:41service and so therefore when it's that one provider and if they're poor then it
00:47impacts you more than it does you know if you're using more regional travel
00:52and I'd say that nationalizing it might make it smoother.
